Shocking company

have used this company in past no problems.made a Oder start of June nothing received.phoned emailed messenger and read messages and totally blanked me this company is in serious trouble do not buy anything from them your throwing your money away customer service is totally shocking.they should be embarrassed stealing money from people you have been warned

Think before u order..

I’m very disappointed as I love this product but ordered on 1st June and have still not received anything. Contacted the company and was sent a generic email saying they have had IT /scanning issues No idea when it’s arriving so feel I have paid for nothing. Quick to take money slow to deliver. Poor communication too. Think before you order from this company

I ordered the tooth whitening powder & ultra sonic cleaner. Only the powder came. I have tried to contact this company multiple times by email but still no reply apart from automated ‘we’ll get back to you in 48hrs’. The phone number doesn’t work!

At first customer service was great but…

At first customer service was great but after a so called IT issue, and many emails, I have still not recieved my product the boostmax x2 kit. Customer service is now non existent when initially it was instantaneous. I will be applying to my bank to get a reverse chargeback

No items, no reply

I am gutted, I so wanted the items to arrive, however not only did they not arrive, I only received automatic replies from contacting them. I tried email, contact us form, and messenger with no luck. I've had to contact my bank for a refund. It's such a shame because I still want the items.

THEY WILL WIPE THE SMILE OFF YOUR FACE

CALLED SMIRK COS THATS WHAT THEYRE DOING WHILST THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

They take payment and don't send the goods.
They then send automated emails claiming to make contact and they don't!!.
It's been weeks with no goods, no contact and no refund.
SEND ME MY REFUND!!!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 star

Wish I could give 0 star. I ordered a product. Took 2 weeks for it to arrive and it was WRONG. Their email they never reply. Instagram ignored me. Not heard from them. Can’t get a refund. Disgusting service. Do not NOT NOT buy anything from them! Disgraceful service!

Order did not arrive

Placed an order on the 1st of May for the ultrasonic tooth cleaner - order still has not arrived and I have not had a response to any of my follow-up emails. Thankfully I placed the order with Klarna, so thus far I have only paid the first installment and I have reported the issue to Klarna who have paused the subsequent payments until the issue is resolved. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but 6 weeks without an update is just disgusting customer service.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered whitening powder over 2 weeks ago and product was never delivered. I have sent numerous emails and the first replies were about problems with deliveries. The last few emails I have sent have been ignored. Total scam.

Order never arrived.

UPDATE - July 2024 - my bank refunded my money after I raised a dispute. My bank have said there alot of people claiming against Smirk now.

Really dissappointed. I have used Smirk for a number of years and never had a problem, however I order something on the 9th May with the express delivery & still have not received anything.
There is no replies to any of the emails (I had 1 automated email to say 'please reply if this is regarding a delivery as we are having issues', so I did and still nothing.
Live chat isn't live chat anymore its leave a message. They haven't posted on any social media since March.
Even a courtesy email (not a generic automated one) would help to keep people at ease. Having spoken with alot of people they are in the same boat.
Also I have checked their company on Companies House and looks like they are in trouble, sadly will be contacting my bank for them to refund & investigate.

So far as it stands I am a little…

So far as it stands I am a little disappointed in Smirk. I ordered the £69.99 whitening bundle on the 27th May, waited over a week understanding with Bank Holiday it may be delayed. After which I've sent 4/5 emails and messages via fb page. Received auto email about delays and they'd get back to me within 48 hours. Nothing so far, I can understand delivery delay or IT glitch. BUT communication to the customer about how order is progressing or even getting a call back would be nice. If I don't hear anything within the next week I may just go to the bank and cancel my order via them.

Disgusting customer service

When my product eventually arrived three weeks later than expected it was not what I ordered. I have contacted them three times asking to return the product and request a refund. I have had no response whatsoever. AVOID

I made an order on 2/5/24 and had an…

I made an order on 2/5/24 and had an email from DPD to say they were expecting my parcel the next day. I then waited and hadn't received anything so I emailed them on the 9/5/24 for an update and received an auto-reply that someone would get back to me within 48 hours but they are aware of delays with deliveries so I waited a bit longer and emailed them again on 16/5/24 and had a response on 24/5/24 to say they had received my email and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I have yet to have any communication. I then tried contacting them on Facebook on 31/5/24 and did receive an response that they will ask admin to investigate my order which i replied to and said yes please. I have messaged another 3 times since for an update and have had no response. I am desperate to speak to a human being to help sort this out for me. I brought this as a gift to myself to save going to expensive dental hygienist appointments and this has completely ruined it for me. I can see Smirk has replied to some people so I'm hoping this will prompt someone to get in contact with me with a solution to my problem as I am £45 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Could someone from Smirk please contact me??

TOTAL SCAM

No delivery, No refund, TOTAL SCAM. Ordered the sonic cleaner, paid by Shop Pay, 4 May, when it hadn't arrived by 13 May having read bad reviews of non-delivery, cancelled the order and requested a refund. have sent 20 emails following up, contacted Shop Pay to open an issue to try to get my money back. They just don't reply and I am going to take it further. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I wonder if they even exist
