Resolution of payment issue

I had an issue with payments on my account. Payment had been taken and I was unsure what it was. I raised the question online. I was advised that it was an oversight on my part. I had not read the T &Cs clearly. As a goodwill gesture my monies were returned to me for which I am grateful. Web chat was quick and easy to access and my issue was sorted quickly and easily.

Malicious Company

DO not use this company ! They are a complete scam and didn’t help my situation at all . Then they tried to bribe me by giving them a good review for a refund and ignoring their own policy but I refused , I didn’t even respond! Evil and not legit company . Thank goodness my bank helped. Do not use !

LOL this company ain’t it . they sent me an email to delete the review for a refund when I’ve already been refunded by my bank .. hell no give up you all did bad stuff and deserve a bad review

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, this company is nothing but a SCAM
Took money from my account, I didn’t even sign up to this company, while I was on live chat with them they tried to take more money
SCAMMERS!!!!!

I don't know how GetSportstime.com got…

I don't know how GetSportstime.com got a hold of my information, regardless this account is fraudulent. I've filed a report with my credit card company and gestsportstime.com has been blocked from any further transactions. Furthermore I'm disputing all charges from getsportstime.com made on my fraudulently obtained information.
