My experience with this company was VERY GOOD.
My experience with this company was amazing to say the least. I ordered an embossing seal and when it arrived there was a small fault with it. So, I contacted the company and let them know. ... and the customer service was just out of this world. I was reminded of how things used to be back in the good old days when companies still cared about their customers. These guys bent over backwards to make everything right and offered me free replacements. Email response was prompt, often within 30 minutes, offering solutions on how they could make things right, which they did. I can highly recommend this company. It was a joy dealing with them and I was especially impressed how they owned the small mistake that was made in the original shipment and then went out of their way to rectify it. Great job!
