Transparency of currency type would be…

Transparency of currency type would be good so that people outside the US know the actual cost.
Order confirmation email would be good too.
I didn't hear anything until I emailed them.
The product arrived within 2 weeks so I'm pleased about that.
The OBD fuel savers have yet to be installed and tested and I'm interested in seeing the results.

I purchased a syngas device on April 29…

I purchased a syngas device on April 29 2026 and saw that the shipping to Canada was 7 - 12 days. It has now been 27 days and I have had no updates on the tracking since it has landed in Burnaby, bc on May 20th. I have tried to contact customer service on more than 1 occasion and have had no response from them. I wanted to try the product with the hopes that going through the website wouldn't turn out to be a scam but I may have hoped for too much. 😕

Even if you are able to try this gas…

Even if you are able to try this gas saver gadget if it does not work you cannot return under THEIR TERMS. This entity selling these things is a scam and I do not recommend buying anything from them. They will not honor return guarantees. If you have already ordered and paid you can kiss that money good bye. Believe me.

Be very careful dealing with syngas customer service very bad I have sent many emails with no satisfaction was promised a refund but no information on how to return goods also this product does not suit bf fg Falcons obd port is in fusebox when fitted cannot close box lid very dissatisfied with whole experience Edward Gardner.
