Very happy with the service. The tests were easy to complete, good instructions, free postage, results returned as specified, I will use this company for further health tests. Recommended. Happy customer.

Constant issus with delivery and collection of my test sample, and even after I asked for a refund for waiting for over 1 month for a solution, I was told to go and collect the test from some UPS delivery location, depsite asking for it to be delivered to my apartment where we have a doorman 24/7 !!!
The whole time Gettested blamed UPS, but at the end of the day who contracted UPS for their deliveries, NOT ME!
Go sort this out with your logistics partner and stop making customers run around to cover the problems!

I won't be using them again since this experience was terrible, it will be much easier to get a test locally and a LOT quicker!

EDIT/UPDATE:

Getested will tell you that if there is any issue with delivery to wait for it to be returned to sender and you’ll get a refund, this is actually illegal in the EU because if you the customer never received the order due to their MAJOR logistical issues then you are entitled to an immediate refund, don’t let them tell you stories about you must wait like their unlawful and unhelpful reply to this comment:

Directive 2011/83/EU article 13, 14 and 18 clearly explains this.

GetTested were excellent, couldn’t ask more from them, throughout the whole process. We received our pet allergy test (cat and dog) in the post next day. Very simple instructions on how to take a sample and sent back. Results were in after 14 days and fortunately was the good news we were after as we were looking at getting a pet kitten! Contacted support as didn’t get a confirmation text to say they received our sample initially, but within the hour someone was back to us and confirmed they received the sample for processing. Will use again and recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective and accurate lab test for allergy’s.

1. Takes a long time to get results whilst we continue to suffer from symptoms
2. No control values are shown which make it difficult for a practitioner to see the actual problem.
3. My results show and an unusual curve which suggests there was an error but the company do not explain this.
4. Difficult to contact anyone in the company

Very easy and straightforward to order. Customer service is exceptional. I made a mistake entering my email address and Sammie at customer services changed this, chased up my order and kept me reassured the whole time. Very grateful.

I sent a stool test that took 10 days to reach their lab, and now the results are completely useless, having wasted 500 eur for this... And having to find another provider.

I tried to contact them to do something about this and repeat it, and have been ignored.

I can only call this a scam.

To your response - I already emailed you and your team ignored me repetitively. Also I told them there was an issue with the tubes sent to me and I had to send them with other, pharmacy standard tubes, so it didn't arrive preserved the same way, and I warned this LONG before, which they said was fine.

Also you say whatever you want, but your own system AI says how proteins degrade with time, some bacteria grow more... and how tons of key measures ARE AS A MATTER OF FACT affected by delayed shipping. Your own system is calling your lies out.

Was tested positive for Lyme Disease (LD) recently, so now on antibiotics.
My wife suffers the same symptoms, but similarly tested today... which proved negative. Aware of false negatives (etc, etc!) with this awful infection, I searched online for a self-check kit. GetTested looked genuine and reliable.
Her result showed negative (again), so relieved. Nevertheless bought 2 kits for use in 4 weeks' time, as per advice on the LRC (and other) website... just to be 100% sure.
LD/borreliosis is a devious bacteria, with seemingly lots to learn about it, still.
I therefore envisage self-checking gaining in popularity as the insidious rise in LD becomes evident.
I'm convinced that it's widely under the medical radars. And remaining undetected until unpleasant symptoms manifest themselves.
Wider self-checks seems to be the obvious form of detection.

I ordered hair mineral tests for my two 9 and 12y kids, hoping to gain useful health insights. Both tests came back showing multiple markers at biologically impossible levels, identical across both samples, which is suggesting lab contamination during the test.

When I raised this with customer support, their explanation was that “the test isn’t designed for children.”

Nowhere on their website or product page is this stated, and the registration form even asks for the child’s date of birth, clearly allowing pediatric samples. Even more concerning, the reports include supplement recommendations next to those impossible results — something that should never happen if the test isn’t validated for children.

After spending over €2,000 with this company in the past six months, I now seriously question the reliability of all my previous results. Instead of taking responsibility, the company offered only a small partial refund and refused to properly address the issue.

Families rely on these tests to understand their health. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and deeply disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake.

I have had two instances with customer service now (delivery company issues - not Get Tested) and the team have been amazing on both occasions! Fast, friendly and understanding, I couldn't be happier.

Best Home test alternative to find. Only minus is for example with hormonal test you know that salvia samples Can swing alot, but that is Human Biology and not your fault :)
