Process was simple enough
Process was simple enough, result pdf was impressively detailed. Took quite a while for results to be ready, but that can maybe not be helped. Cannot know for sure how accurate test results are. Will try to change my living habits according to recommendations anyhow.

Tests beyond use by date
Not a good performance Patrik! Stick to basics and send out in date tests. 11 of of the 20 stick tests I received were beyond their use by date. Please send a new test pack. I have taken a photograph as evidence, and can send it if you provide an email address.
Get tested responded with an apology and a full refund. They have taken all kits out of stock to check. A good move. They also gave a 20% discount when I go back to reorder. Good recovery. But improvement in QC and stock rotation perhaps needed. Thank you Get tested.

Caring company
Very prompt delivery. I made a mistake , out of nerves, with my first test and when contacted the company I was allowed a much cheaper replacement. Communicating can take time - even a day of two - but there are helpful responses.
I am very pleased with the test. Instructions could be a little clearer - and more ‘English’ ( better translation!!) . All in all I would recommend the company.

Provides information to explain gut problems
Easy to understand results. I used my Nutritionist to help interpret as she knows my history. I recommend using expert advice (which Get Tested offer) as what seems obvious isn't always the root cause.
