Tips Certification with Larry
Larry, our trainer was amazing. Explained all concepts clearly, in a fun and respectful way, had us practice and made everyone feel included. It was two long days, but the experience was worth it, and I feel prepared to give back what I learned to my team.

I like the go at your own pace feature
I like the go at your own pace feature. I am a very busy person so it allowed me to spend as little time taking the course to doing it late at night when I had more time. The material was to the point as well as the videos were short and sweet and easy to understand the concept of the course.

TIPS Program
Detailed, thorough, easy to navigate, and felt overall it was an excellent certification program! I believe it gave me more confidence and tools with serving alcohol to guests. Also the importance of feeling confidence and support from coworkers to protect myself, coworkers, and establishment from repercussions of alcohol laws.

Very Intuitive Course
The course was very well put together. The visual video examples are great, the fake Id recognition modules were very helpful, and the pretests before help you prepare for the scored tests. Great job.
