What makes for an outstanding training experience? Trainers that truly care about, not only the training content, but about the people who are being trained. If anyone has the pleasure of being trained by Debbie, you really are encountering a gem! Her knowledge and guidance through the process gives you the confidence needed to pass with flying colors!

Explained everything in detail, was very thorough with all aspects of the job, learned a few things that I was not familiar with. thank you.

The course itself was fine. I felt some of the questions were worded confusingly. For the multiple choice questions that have 6 to 8 options and 4 are required for a correct answer then it should state that. Getting 3 right but missing one shouldn't count as getting it wrong answer.

It is all ways informative. I have taken this training before. There is all ways something new that you may or may not have thought about .

well the main thing with me on taking these along with many others i have spoke with is the multiple answer questions those are horrible many people never get them all it's rare percentage has to pretty low and the sexual thing at the end for 12 minutes 13 seconds alot of us
go through that course already in our companies sorry don't think that was necessary to have that should be a option but if you do it as a option lots of people will blow it off but TY for this i see the price dropped a couple dollars but anyway also while taking the course it came in while i was doing lesson 10 or 12 and it said it timed out and it was a pain getting back in then i see my email address had changed i didn't change it so not sure what happened it was weird anyway TY

The best part was the closed captions. Last time I was annoyed by the questions about the order of evaluation tasks. That seemed not to be an issue this time. Yes there tricky questions like when the wording in question was different from in explanation. We didn't always agree on evaluation of a person's intoxication level and whether they could have last call drink. There was a question showing many glasses of various drinks and I didn’t see enough information to answer it

The training was very good, especially for the price. The trainer/voice was very understandable. Thank you

There was no help desk over the weekend. Chat did not help. I was trying to get Passports for my Bartenders. Unfortunately, I checked the wrong box. Realizing my mistake, I reordered the passports. I never received the original passports. Both orders were the same price. I did send a note to the helpdesk detailing what happened, which I just received an email requesting more information.

Customer service is great. Website is not intuitive and is extremely difficult to navigate: it lacks menu dropdowns, and the ability to go back to a previous page or the main page. It also seems to be two different websites cobbled together, so depending on how you are looking for a specific function, you could end up on one of two slightly different looking pages that will allow you to do the same thing.
