I’ve been with Trim as my GLP provider for about a year now, and let’s just say I’m on the “slow burn” weight loss plan. I’m not one of those dramatic before-and-after stories… yet. But honestly, I’m completely fine with that, because the support I’ve had along the way has been incredible. And I’m not two and a half stone gone !
The team at Trim actually *gets* that real life is messy. There’s no guilt, no pressure, just steady guidance, clear explanations, and genuinely kind humans who remember you’re more than a number on a scale.
Whenever I’ve had questions about dose changes, side effects, or just needed reassurance that I’m not failing because things are moving slowly, they’ve been there.
The new Trim app has made everything even easier. I can track my meds, symptoms, and little wins (like saying no to that third biscuit… progress is progress), and it helps me stay on top of my GLP journey without feeling like I’m doing a science project on myself. It’s simple, actually helpful, and doesn’t talk to me like a robot.
I might not be racing to my goal weight, but my energy, mindset, and confidence have done a full glow-up. Trim has turned this from a lonely, confusing process into a supported, manageable one—and that, for me, is worth more than a rapid weight loss picture!

I have been using Trim for the last 7 months and my experience has been fantastic. Not only I got the weight loss results I needed but also the service from the Trim team has been exceptional. Always available to answer any questions I had and resolve any issues that come up. Their prices also seem to be competitive comparing to some other pharmacies I checked plus they offer helpful discounts if you stay with them throughout the course of you treatment, and referral bonuses too. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback — we really do understand how frustrating the cost aspect can feel. On 1st September, Lilly (manufacturer) increased the cost for Pharmacies to purchase. We’ve actively reviewed our pricing and reduced our costs wherever possible to make treatment as cost-effective as we can for our patients. Unfortunately, the pricing of prescribed weight loss medication itself is controlled by the manufacturer, which sits outside of our direct control.
That said, we truly hope your experience with our Pharmacy team, customer support, and overall service has been positive. If you feel supported, informed, and well cared for, we’d really appreciate your rating reflecting the service and care you’ve received, even if the medicine cost itself remains a challenge.
