Thank you...what an amazing company…

I bought one of the cold baths for my husband who was sadly dying of cancer (they don't know this) A cold bath was the only thing that helped give him a little rest from him symptoms. VITAL+ was nothing but amazing from beginning to end. I recently lost the pump and nozzle so I emailed them to ask for help in buying a new one and they came back quickly and made it so easy for me. Overall great experience

The Ice Bath operates well. The bath feels really sturdy and like something that will last. I set the chiller at 8 degrees but found it would sit 1 - 2 degrees above so finding 7 degrees a better sweet spot. May go lower after the next power bill.

The infrared sauna is also good although the zips seem very fragile and the zipper tags get caught on the internal pvc supports when zipped open and closed, so definitely need to be treated with care especially as the wall material is quite thin.

Other than the sauna zip, the setup instructions could really do with an update and more detail just to make the setup that little bit easier and confidence inspiring. I set the ice bath up inside the house, so was probably a little on edge in regard to leaks. Setup took me around 30 minutes due to using thread tape to get all the joins perfect. The thread tape was provided but not mentioned in the instructions.

Jen at the customer service team was excellent and was happy to help.

Frustrating and Disappointing experience

The product was faulty from the beginning, and because i was just outside the warranty, getting it resolved became extremely difficult. Emails took days for replies, dragging the whole process out. To get a refund i had to pack up both the sauna and spa myself and drive them an hour to their warehouse. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Offered to upgrade to the latest 7k Cedar product with the 2k refund going towards that purchase even, but still no.

After reviewing your case, I’d like to clarify a few key details so the situation is represented accurately. Although your order was already outside the return period, our team still made an exception to our usual returns policy and approved a refund once the units were returned. For returns, we do not require customers to drive items to the warehouse — they can be shipped back — however, in your case you offered to deliver them yourself, which we accepted to help move things along quickly.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a response or confirmation from you for approximately eight months regarding the returning of the products which are still in your possession, and because of that extended gap the exception-based offer was eventually rescinded as your order is now outside of our 12 month warranty period.

We understand this can be disappointing, but it’s important to future readers to note that this review doesn’t fully reflect the efforts our local support team made to assist.

Prompt service.

I contacted the customer service agent as I had an issue with the chiller. Their response was prompt and personalised. As the fault was unable to be resolved & it was still in the warranty period, they sent a replacement chiller.
A pleasure to deal with.

Had issues with my original chiller

Had issues with my original chiller, so the guys gave me a choice or sending it in for repair or upgrading to the better chiller for a great price. Once that arrived I encountered a few "teething problems" in setting it up. Florence was absolutely fantastic and very methodical in his trouble shooting. Safe to say everything is working great and I couldn't speak highly enough re sales support I encountered. 5 STARS FOR ME

After using an ice bath for 4 years…

After using an ice bath for 4 years almost daily we decided to upgrade and after investigation decide to go to Vital + buying a ice barrel and Ultra X 2 chiller.
The quality of the product was excellent and the follow up customer care superb.

Delivery was very quick and product was complete and in perfect order. Easy to assemble and very pleased with it. I had to contact customer service as I received one box the day after I ordered it but there should have been 2. Response was very quick and the 2nd box arrived 2 days later.

I can’t fault this company

I can’t fault this company. I ordered the sauna and additional seat. It arrived with 48 hours. When I had some issues with the seat they responded straight away and agreed a replacement which again was delivered very quickly. I’m impressed and would definitely use again. I also love the sauna!

Infrared sauna pod.

Great communication prior to our purchase. The product was easy to set up which we used straight away. The product arrived in super quick time. We are very impressed with the product overall in both quality and functionality. Heat up time 10 minutes, it does get very hot so we reduced the time we spent in the pod. We would certainly recommend. Our overall experience has been a positive one.

Superb product. Even better customer service.

I had an issue with the steam sauna pod and the customer service including personally from the MD was amazing. They shipped me an infra red model whilst they sorted out the issues and it’s an amazing unit. Well worth the additional money.

Heats to a decent heat in 10 minutes and with the superb lighting it is a very nice place to sit. It was actually a piece of cake to set up and whether they have changed the design from the steam
pod or not the cover went on far easier. I am useless at building stuff but even I managed.

Best of all though the customer service. The MD called me on a Sunday morning to discuss the issues taking a personal interest. You cannot get more impressive than that. Well done.
