Uses illegal tactics to deter refunds

Disgraceful company. Tried charging me a"restocking fee" on my refund which is illegal practice.

Product ( home sauna pod) is not great. Just a tent with some lamps they charge nearly a grand for.

The product is amazing and the customer…

The product is amazing and the customer support is even better. One of the clips broke on my lid and they immediately sent out replacements free of charge. I didn’t even ask for them to send them for free, but they did anyways. Also, they are very responsive to inquiries on their website. I usually get a response within an hour.

Incredible!

I love this sauna

I love this sauna. Easy to put together and to move around if needed. Gets nice and hot, nice and quick. I absolutely love it.
Vitals customer service is also lovely. Fast. Efficient and friendly.

We’re using the tub in a commercial…

We’re using the tub in a commercial boxing gym so it gets used multiple times a day by athletes and gym members. Fast shipping, zero teething problems, good customer service, water is super clean, temp gets down low and stays consistent, tub length and depth is great even for our taller, bigger athletes.

Very impressed with service

Very impressed with the customer service I received! I had a small issue that was rectified very quickly. The sauna pod is great at this price point. A lot of value! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Just finished a session in the new sauna pod and feeling good!

Too much hassle

Unfortunately this company cannot seem to get its act together.

I have spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours trying to get my issue resolved. Ordered a chiller max back in April and by June it was broken. Since then (almost 6 months) I have returned it twice for repairs. Still waiting on it.

The lack of communication, false promises, time lapse for a fix, and amount of energy this has taken is beyond acceptable.

I cannot imagine this company will be around much longer with this approach.

Update:

Vital+ eventually replaced my unit with another upgraded one. So far so good in its ability to deliver what it is supposed to. I appreciate their desire to make things right. It was quite the process and exhausting to manage, yet they did their best to resolve the issue. While I am happy with the end result, it just took a lot of time and energy to resolve, hence the 3 stars.

Carl, was very quick with returning emails and helped with my issue.
All Issues were resolved within the week and order sent out.
Both sauna and ice bath changed my life would recommend to anyone with lower back issues or PTSD.

Zero after sales support

Have been trying to get in contact with customer service for 6 weeks now. Regarding faulty chiller unit that is tripping circuit breaker. 4 separate emails no response there’s no contact number to call even.

BEWARE

BEWARE! They say the saunas can be used outside but water pools on the roof and drips inside. It's a lot of mopping up, not convenient and not what I envisaged. The information about it needing to be covered is hidden in the FAQ's and not in their advertising which is very misleading. Plus the return policy is only if the product is brand new!
A waste of £300
Plus you don't need the extras.
