Nice service, but the fact that even if you’re making all the payments on time, or even earlier and your available credit drop to £0,00, it just ruin the service.

Your credit limit is reviewed regularly based on our internal risk checks (and sometimes on information from credit reference agencies). This can mean that even if you’re paying on time, the limit may temporarily be reduced while those checks are updated.
It doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong, and we’re already looking at how to make this clearer and fairer for customers going forward. If you’d like us to review your account specifically, please drop us a message in the app and we’ll take a closer look together 💜
