The returns policy of this company is a joke. You can only have store credit, it has to be in 21 days, and you cannot return sale items! You are just contributing to more land fill at that point by not allowing customers to return something that they cannot wear. Being a fast fashion company no one is going to think this unless they check, which is just a strategy for you to make more money. Can’t say I’ll shop with ghanda again because they have completely useless customer service and don’t care about actually helping customers. Please don’t respond with some corporate statement about how this helps people :/

After reading all the reviews I realise I’m one of many unhappy customers. Ghandaclothing really need to stop replying under reviews with the same generic reply and actually fix the problem of snail mail. In this day and age why is is taking weeks to get an order from same state slower than one from China! DO BETTER GHANDA.

To be honest I found Customer Service Rep to be really condescending, she often failed to listen to concerns and answer questions. I had lots of issues around postage timeframes especially in regards to Easter. I just kept getting refered back to policy and when I highlighted it wasn’t within this, it was ignored. On looking at ghanda’s reviews, 75% are negative feedback all based around dispatch/shipping. Instead of taking this as constructive feedback and seeing room for growth, yet instead I often found a patronising response was given regarding shipping policy, even when customers quoted having purchased items overseas and receiving them sooner than it took Ghanda to dispatch. I strongly encourage you to consider your reviews as constructive feedback and make positive changes to improve customers experiences because essentially one bad experience is 10 bad reviews when communicating with family and friends. That’s potentially 10 plus missed sales for each bad experience. My order was for Easter and included gifts for 9 children for our family Easter on Good Friday, all children were left without a gift. Yet despite promoting themselves as a family brand Ghanda showed no concern or empathy regarding this. Instead CS proudly stood behind a policy that was not upheld. Please do better. You are a major family brand, meeting the needs of your customers is essential. I don’t know too many parents that can afford to wait 12 business days and often more for dispatch. What I would love to see is a commitment to do better.

I paid for express shipping and the order wasn’t even dispatched for over 2 weeks. When I let them know they just said this was standard and refused an express shipping refund (it was $14 extra). It’s not a huge amount but when you pay for something, you expect to get it.

The order takes ages to arrive. Not email updates about estimated delivery times.
(Bought the 24th of March and it is 7th of April and just one of my products had a label created to be sent).
I don't think I'll buy online again.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an order that was supposed to be an Easter present and then I get an email on Easter Sunday that the item had sold out and instead of refunding me MY money, they issued a gift card. I don’t want to purchase anything from a company that prioritises posting on social media everyday but can’t post out orders. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Ghanda clothing takes far too long to dispatch orders (12 days) which is not disclosed in the checkout process. It’s only in fine print on their website. They also charge $9.95 for returns even if it’s taken 12 days to dispatch and items not received in time to give as a present. Customer service response times are not timely (takes 4 days). Overall a very negative experience with their online store and will never be ordering online again. It’s a shame because the stores do not always have stock.

I love the clothing and supporting an Australian owned company, but the courier service they use is pathetic and obviously cheap . Courier Please is the service they use and I have had nothing but trouble with getting my package still waiting on it despite on the website saying they will leave it in a safe place,only to not do that exactly despite every other delivery service leaving it in a safe place . Then I had to request for a redelivery because the deport is whoop whoop from where I live only for them not to deliver it the day expected. This courier has seriously made me contemplate about ever purchasing clothing again as it's been a long process for a pakage that should take 3 days once there is a tracking number it has taken over a week and almost 2.5 weeks since I ordered. At this point I would be better off shopping internationally.

I have already provided my order details via email (Order #1720487) Since my original review, I have received a further response from Ghanda which did not provide any resolution. Instead, I was advised the order is still “within their timeframe,” despite being given an updated dispatch estimate of “by the end of next week,” which is inconsistent with the originally communicated 10–12 business day expectation.
I put forward fair and reasonable solutions to try and resolve this, including offering to collect the items in person from multiple nearby stores. Despite this, there was no effort to prioritise the order, arrange alternative fulfilment, or provide any practical assistance. The only option provided was cancellation, which does not resolve the issue given I still wanted the items and ordered based on the stated timeframes.
All items in my order were from the current SurfCo “new arrivals” range, which are actively promoted online and during major sales events. There has been no clear explanation as to why these items cannot be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, nor any indication at purchase that delays would apply.
There is a consistent pattern across recent reviews describing delayed dispatch, limited communication and generic responses, suggesting this is not an isolated issue.
In addition, the brand’s marketing places strong emphasis on local manufacturing (e.g. “hand printed in Australia” and “local manufacturing”), however product labelling indicates garments are produced overseas and only printed locally. Independent coverage from Forte Magazine (Ghanda behind the prints) also supports that the Australian component relates to printing rather than full garment manufacturing.
This creates a confusing overall impression for customers regarding where products are made.
Given the lack of resolution and the broader pattern of similar experiences, I have now escalated this matter to relevant consumer protection bodies and external channels, including formal complaints and further reporting.

Ordered on 20 March and still waiting for dispatch.
I understand the stated 10–12 business day timeframe, however there appears to be a consistent pattern of delays and limited communication across many customer reviews.
Responses also appear to be generic and often ask customers to resend enquiries rather than addressing delays directly, which does not give confidence the issue is being properly managed.
If I had known it would take this long to dispatch, I would have selected express shipping to ensure the order arrived in time for upcoming travel. Other brands I have ordered from after this date have already delivered within a week, so this delay is well outside what most customers would reasonably expect.
There is also no clear indication on product pages of where garments are manufactured prior to purchase, with this only becoming visible on tags after delivery.
I shop with Ghanda in store and like the brand, but the online experience does not reflect what customers would reasonably expect.
I have been really excited to wear this brand at Coachella and ordered multiple shirts for this trip, but it is getting to the point where I may need to purchase from another brand instead.
If this is not resolved promptly or extends beyond the stated timeframe, I will be escalating this matter to relevant consumer protection bodies and the media.

Placed 2 orders in in the last 2 months; 1 took 3 weeks to get to me and didn’t receive all the products, was sent a note to say here is the value of your product off your next purchase (no refund) and 2, it is now 2 weeks with confirmation of my order despite taking my money - come on guys this is not good enough

I placed an order for some clothes to take overseas at the end of this month and then got on here, saw the reviews, and freaked out!
But I personally had a great experience with Ghanda. Emma from customer support was quick and efficient with responses to my queries, and when one of the items I ordered couldn’t be sourced I was given the option of refund or a voucher that could be used either online or in store, and a 20% discount code for future use.
My order arrived within two weeks of being placed, and I’m now set for my holiday. Overall a great experience.

Dreadful experience purchasing online! I placed an order 11 DAYS AGO (7 business days ago) and my order has not yet been despatched! When I contacted Ghanda I got the standard response that it could take 12 business days. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN THIS DAY AND AGE. My purchase is not a Xmas or sale time purchase so there is no excuse for such slack service. I will never purchase from them online again. 0/5 stars

Ordered on the 12.03.2026 i have messaged for an update on order and given a generic answer. I should have read reviews prior to purchase. I will lodge a complaint with consumer affairs if not posted by the end of the week. This is poor practice from a company.

Took two weeks for items to be dispatched, which is an entirely substandard level of service especially compared with most other retail clothing stores who easily dispatch within 24 hours. All attempts at receiving support generated cut and paste responses providing absolutely no information about order. Its abysmal service for this company to take payment for items and not provided the customer any information at all about the state of the order.
After exceeding the dispatch time listed on their website, I got in touch only for information on the state of the order. Through each channel I tried I received the same cut and paste response that offered no support at all. It's great to see the company continue this level of service with their reply to this review, instead of taking the feedback onboard and reflecting on how they can better assist their customers.

I ordered two weeks ago and still no word of being dispatched and they couldn’t provide me with an eta. I should’ve read the reviews before because this seems to be a common issue. I’ve liked clothes from here in the past but I wouldn’t bother buying again. Other companies in Australia arrive within a week or two
