I placed an order for a bundle of 2 whey proteins and a shaker. After hearing nothing for 10 days, I chased them up myself. The response I finally received claimed two of my protein flavours ordered were out of stock — except the flavours they mentioned weren't even the ones I ordered. A basic error that suggests nobody had actually looked at my order properly.
After nearly two weeks had passed with zero progress, I requested a full refund. Simple enough, you'd think. It wasn't. When the refund eventually came through, it was processed in dollars — despite the fact I paid the amount returned in euros. As a result, I'm still out of pocket.
To summarise: a 10-day wait for a response I had to chase, incorrect information about my order, weeks of no progress, and a refund that still left me short. At no point did I receive a proactive update or any attempt to make things right.
I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I mistakenly placed two orders and only needed to keep one. Contacted support and they immediately allowed me to cancel one of the orders with no issue, even when I was past the cancelation time. Very fast response and no issues!

Had amazon order for amazons review program amazon wasn't really able to help. Amazon sent wrong package, i tried the customer support page for product support that takes you to ghost, and had a quick response within a minute or so, haven't tried the protein powder yet but can say im impressed with the customer service.

The customer service is amazing. I love the products especially intra and bcaa they make me feel good and taste great. The energy drinks are next level and the protein powder is amazing. Carol is pretty awesome also her customer service was quick and very professional

There was an issue with the website/app defaulting the shipping address to my old address, I went through the AI chat and then to a chat with a Ghost customer service rep and they were able to update the mailing address before my package was sent out. They worked quickly to make sure it was corrected before it was sent to UPS to be shipped. Great work team!

So I placed a order for a few things including the Protien cereal, the box arrived very damaged and cereal boxes also damaged, I sent in a email and photos just to let them know so they can maybe fix in future cases didn’t expect anything back. They responded timely and sent me new boxes of the product and my money back which is much more then I expected and really quality service. Very much appreciated this and will continue to purchase from them!
