Amazing customer service and amazing company!

Carlos was super helpful when my order was lost and delayed.

I have been using the Ghost Whey Protein supplement for over a year. It is a great (and delicious) post-workout drink that also works as mid-morning filler. Customer service is amazing! Due to a delivery error of the postal service my package never showed up, and Ghost quickly sent me a replacement.

We had delivery issue with UPS and the Ghost customer support was very helpful. They immediately submitted a claim for the lost package and even issued us a new order while the claim was still being processed. Great products and great costumer support!

My package got sent to my old address and ghost support helped me with it. They now have my whole package being resent to my current address. Extremely helpful best support team I’ve gone through!!

Amazing company, Awesome products and the customer support team are professional and prompt. I haven’t had many issues or challenges with their products, but when I did run into something, they were right there and fixed things immediately.

Support is excellent! I had some issues with a sample during shipping and they were prompt and very accommodating.

I’ve been using ghost products for years and I’ve purchased several shakers, hoodies and hats throughout the years. Having a broken shaker sucked but the customer service team immediately fixed the issue for me and sent me a whole new shaker!

I had placed an order for a birthday gift but my package was missing a few of the items that I ordered - Carlos was great at handling and resolving the issue.

I had an outstanding experience with Ghost customer service. My order was delayed multiple times due to the weather, and it eventually appeared to be lost by the shipping carrier. I reached out to Ghost to flag the issue and received a response in under five minutes, which alone was impressive! After I explained the situation, they immediately placed a replacement order and resolved the issue without hesitation or back-and-forth.

This level of responsiveness and accountability is exceptionally rare today. Ghost did not deflect responsibility, delay action, or make the process burdensome. They simply took care of the customer. Based on this experience alone, Ghost has earned my long-term loyalty!

Great customer service

They reached back to me pretty fast
my issue was I had my protein powder seal broken and I contacted them through their email on their website within a day they got back to me and I recieved a full refund

Also their AI support is also really good compared to other AI support ive seen

My partner and I ordered the same thing unknowingly. I emailed CS to see if they could cancel my order. Within (no exaggeration) 3 minutes, the money was back in my account and I had a very kind confirmation message. Seriously amazing customer support!!

The whole experience was quick and efficient! I was talking to an AI and didn't even realize it. They were fast at responding and already have a replacement coming my way. Though i dont like bugging customer service, i definitely wont hesitate if i need to chat them again :)
