I've been waiting an answer from customer support for more than a month now, the vape never arrived.
Faulty unit
Had the vape for 2 weeks, I plugged it in to charge, smelled something burning about 2 hours later, and it it melted where the cable connects to the vape. I'm lucky my house did not burn down. The vape worked great until it melted down.

Awesome Clean Way to Inhale Herbs - Has Caught Fire
I love this device for the fact that I can inhale herbal vapors in a clean, efficient way and set the temperature to release different compounds. A couple times now, my herb has caught fire inside the device and released smoke which really burns your throat. It’s possible that the vaporizer needed to be cleaned or that I pulled too hard. Regardless it’s something you should know can happen, and it’s probably a good reason to keep your vape clean and make sure you’re taking slow, steady pulls.
Very poor customer service
I purchased their vaporizer. It is the best I have ever used! Unfortunately the latch on the oven door broke. This is a common problem and they are aware of it, it’s mentioned on the website. I contacted them about the warranty a couple of weeks ago and never heard back. I tried again a week or so after my first attempt, still not response. I then emailing their help/support, again no response. I tried once again to contact them, I'm still waiting.
Their vaporizer is not cheap, but it is the best I’ve ever used, and I’ve used more than a few. In fact, I liked it so much I bought a second! But the latch on the first unit broke after a month, and it is enough of a problem that they mention it on their website. Yet, they have failed to respond to my warranty requests for several weeks. I’ve been patient, but no more...
As good as the unit is I can not recommend anyone deal with a company that absolutely fails to stand by their warranty. Avoid the headache and move on...

A month ago I bought my GHOST vape from their website. I carefully watched all their tutorials and followed all their directions. For the first week or so, it would barely worked and wasted 80% of my product.it didnt burn evenly and even turned black in some parts. The flavor after one hit tasted burnt like smelled like burnt popcorn and barely any vapor came out. The first time i contacted them they got back to me within 24 hours and told me to just rewatch their tutorials, i am experienced in vaporizers and it wasnt complicated to use, the product was just terrible. I contacted them a second time and they said to send it over to them and they would fix the issue. I sent it to them and never got anything back. When i contacted them again they refused to respond. They stole my money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND THEIR MV1 VAPE IS THE WORST VAPE ON THE MARKET.

Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

TL;DR good but it broke in a few weeks and the company won't respond to my RMA.
unfortunately, this product deserves 4 or 5 stars, 5 stars if you don't mind a little work using your vape unit.
The performance if of the product is great " most of the time " but I've experienced build quality issues with my particular unit, the ghost mv1 stealth, where the door eventually stops closing because of its redesign.
apparently this is a known issue among users yet ghost sells this unit to its customers without any intentions of a redesign.

The worse part of all this is their customer service with RMA's. When my unit was lost in the mail they were quick and proactive with getting my situation resolved, which was much appreciated, but now that it needs an RMA it's been over a week with 0 response.
It performs very well, but too flawed for a recommendation nor is the product stood behind by its producers
Pass on this and get something else.

Purchased the Ghost MV1 from the Ghost web site. Used Paypal. After 6 days I went online to check the status of my order, and the order was shown as closed and my money refunded. Ghost never informed me of this and certainly never offered a reason for their closing of my order. I used the Ghost web site "Contact Us" web form to ask them why they had closed my order, and heard nothing from them. After a few days I asked them again. Still nothing. As a new customer, I am not impressed with their customer (dis)service. Who are these people? A little communication can go a long way, no?

I bought the Ghost Vape on your official American website only to be charged $50 in duty. But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor.
The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.

Owned and used for a couple weeks with no issues so far. I dont use much, so the crucibles are the perfect dose for me; 2-3 keeps me set for a day. I love the flavor produced and the vapor was smooth. I also appreciate the lack of odor as well; I enjoy being discreet. My only issue, is the battery takes several hours to charge.
I highly recommend the crucible dispenser. Would love to try the fast charger but I could not find it for sale anywhere last i checked. I also appreciate the 5 year warranty.

Ok device, not worth the money. More shine than actual functionality. I prefer my Mighty.

It's a learning curve to master it
It's a learning curve to master it, but you will be rewarded. I've used cheap vapes in the past but the extraction and effect is comparing a VW Bug to a Porsche. They both get you there but the experience of the ride is much better. The Bluetooth app works great but can be temperamental at times with lost connections, which can be easily reset by using Force Stop and restart.
Do Not over pack it, keep it loose. Find your own sweet spot via temp and technique. Myself I like 385F for beginning sessions then a final at 410F but again experiment what works for you. Battery life will last me a day and a half, so if I slow charge it when I go to bed it's ready to go all day.

I’ve had my ghost for a year and it works great I haven’t had any problems just gotta clean it regularly And make sure your crucible is clean too would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stop smoking.
