The customer service here is absolutely amazing! I chose standard delivery and not only have i received an email to say my order was shipped the very next day, I had made a mistake and added the same bikini top twice to my order instead of adding the matching binini bottoms and not noticed! Thank goodness one of the lovely team members text me to double check incase I had made a mistake (because who orders two of the same top and no bottoms 😂). My order was rectified by the company and they saved me the whole process of returning etc, amazing!💕

I ordered some bikinis from this brand for my holiday and was a little worried on the fit as I always struggle to find swimwear that fits nicely and feels comfortable. After messaging the brand they where so helpful in advising me on the best sizes to get and made sure all my questions where answered. I then made my order and the products arrived and I can honestly say I have never been happier with a bikini purchase!! The products are such high quality and I feel so confident wearing these!! I struggled to decide which set to purchase as they are all stunning! But I went with the Honolulu top and Bali bottoms in mocha, and they did not disappoint! Fit is true to size, so flattering and I feel so confident wearing it. I also shipped to Dubai and delivery cost was very reasonable. My new favourite swimwear store and I can’t wait for my next purchase!

Wow! I ordered the bubblegum swimsuit and 2 skirts, I always find it so so hard to find a good fitting swimsuit in the length, the coverage on the bum, legs r usually to high. But WOW 🤩 I am in love with everything about this swimsuit! 10/10! I will defiantly be ordering more colours! Xx

I recently ordered the Zuri swimsuit from Gianelle and I’m SO impressed. The quality, fit and style is absolutely perfect. I’m always hesitant buying swimwear from different places because I struggle with sizing as I’m bigger on the bottom and small on top but this swimsuit has exceeded my expectations and more. Super fast delivery too! I’ve had so many compliments on it on holiday and told all the girls where it’s from. 100000% would recommend their swimsuits to anyone and will be back for more!! Xx

I’ve just ordered the Malibu Towelling Top and Bottom’s and its absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality fabric and so soft. My daughter recommended the brand to me and I was a bit apprehensive as I’ve never ordered via an Instagram site before. The service was fabulous and the bikini arrived in no time at all. I’ll definitely be ordering again as they have so many gorgeous items.

This was my first purchase with Gianelle, my parcel arrived today and I am absolutely over the moon with the fit and quality of these items! My first time ordering from Gianelle and the items came in less than 24 hours! I was unsure on sizing so stuck with my usual size and the bikinis are all PERFECT! SCAMMERS - said they posted my parcel and never did - whole week went by I emailed and DM’d and received no response whatsoever. Commented on their instagram hoping someone would get back if they saw on there and they deleted my comments. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

Absolutely over the moon with my recent purchase with Gianelle! These are the best swimsuits I’ve ever put on. I struggle with bikinis and swimsuits as a bigger busted girl but omg, the quality, the fit and colour of these are perfect!! Will definitely be buying again in the future 😊

Ordered a bikini and two beach skirts. The beach skirts are not true to size. Requested a refund so I can then order a smaller size was told they are non refundable.
Will not use the website again
