Right from the very first call to Giant, I was treated like a VIP! Callum is exceptionally passionate about customer service and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is dealt with to the highest standard.

I was simply blown away by his professionalism and attention to detail.

I do not doubt that we will be with Giant until the end of time and have no problem giving them my whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for unified communications.

We used giant because they are local to us and we wanted to support local. That being said I think this service and the product they provide is excellent.
Callum does everything for you so you don't need to worry about setting up all the numbers setting up, the porting of numbers or anything like that and that's what scared me about joining a new phone company.
We did have an issue in the beginning because where our router was stationed it was near our microwaves and we found that when the microwaves were being used the router kept dropping out so for a couple of days we didn't have a service. Callum setup and temporary sim card to get us through the weekend. However, Callum got to the bottom of it and fixed it on the Monday and it's been a 100% ever since.

The app Voice Cloud is amazing for our business as it allows us to take calls at all times even out of office!

Having been a customer of BT for many years sometimes you get stuck in your ways and think better the devil I know!
