Absolutely second to none..
Absolutely second to none... Fabulous customer service, price is incredibly competitive and they can't do enough to help. They've sorted my companies mobile contract and installed a Voip telephone system that has revolutionised my business. Could not be happier.

I purchased a Samsung tablet plus SIM card from Giant 3 weeks ago and everything was great. Very good service, clear instructions and even when I got stuck and called at 9pm I spoke to a team member who sorted everything for me. Highly recommended

Highly recommend
Callum and his team where great in setting up our phone & internet systems. Nothing was too much hassle. I would nightly recommend to anybody.
We own restaurants and the phone lines are crucial to us as we take all our bookings over the phone. The new phone system allows people to be placed into a que, rather than the phone line being constantly engaged during busy periods. It works great.

I had been with XLN for 8 years and was desperate for faster broadband and better phone service as I was looking into having a VoIP system. some of the prices I was getting quoted from other companies were out of my price range.
I then realised that Giant was now offering this service and couldn't believe my luck when they had given me my quote, as I'm paying more or less the same but simply have 5 times faster broadband and a VoIP phone.
Giant has exceeded all of my expectations and more and couldn't recommend them enough they are fantastic at what they provide.
