COMPLETE FAILURE

I placed an order on 06JUN for a hamper to be delivered to a resort on 07JUN as a surprise for my friend's birthday.
As I hadn't heard from my friend most of the 07JUN, I called the company and they replied they were unable to process the order as the address provided to them was different to the property. Such was the case that I went off the website's address which was different to the street address.
They tried to contact me unsuccessfully as my phone settings do not receive unknown numbers so I was unaware they needed further information.
I contacted them on 08JUN asking for them to rectify the issue and deliver the item immediately. It is now the end of the day and the item is set for delivery 09JUN. The day she checks out and 2 days past her birthday.
I would have expected the company to email me letting me know they are trying to phone me to confirm an address.
I would have expected the company to contact the resort and check for a street address.
I would have expected the company confirm with the resort if said guest was staying there and her check out date to ensure they meet the required delivery.
I would have expected the delivery to be on 08JUN as discussed that morning.
Instead, none of these steps were taken and completely ruined a surprise for a special event.
Totally unacceptable and disgusted with the lack of common sense and proactive measures not taken.
This company does not know how to think outside the box or understand timeframes.
I will never use this company again and tell everyone I know to avoid them entirely.

Again delivered late

Again delivered late which completely ruined the purpose of sending a Mother’s Day gift in advance knowing I couldn’t be with my mum. Expecting delivery on the Friday before Mother’s Day, not delivered till Tuesday. Mum alone on Mother’s Day, no gift and card. So upset. They blamed the courier, both times but if your contractor can’t deliver you need to have other options

Gifts delivered on wrong date, not the agreed one.

Clicked on the specific date to be delivered and they delivered before that, by that ruining the birthday gift.
It turned what was supposed to be a beautiful gesture into just a delivery service with disappointment.
Will try and avoid this site and so will everyone I know. Nobody wants gifts delivered on wrong dates.

NEVER AGAIN

Will NEVER. Use this company again!
Ordered a small teddy, some choccys and a candle for my little granddaughter in hospital, on the Sunshine Coast. One week later, she still does not have the gift. The website says next day delivery to major areas, including Sunshine Coast. Wrong!
Website also says they liaise closely with Star Track to monitor any delays… wrong again. I have had to call Star track 4 times myself, despite GiftBasket saying they would look into it for me…5days ago!

Big tear in our hamper gift box

Received our parcel and the box had a big tear on the side. As a gift hamper company, I am very disappointed to see that they do not have adequate processes to ensure gifts are handled with better care.

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again, as the idea of a Gift Basket is that it gets delivered to the person that you requested, not the the local post office, it rather defeats the whole purpose of the Gift Basket, luckily for me a lovely gentleman from Pencil Cottage’s at Mapleton where they were staying kindly was able to pick it up and deliver it, my phone call to the basket company was rather useless, they we’re going to put an enquiry through to the Post Office and refund my delivery, never again.

Perfect Timing

All I can say is, My mum loved it!! Im glad I choose the date I did, knowing it was last minute and with the delays that we have in QLD and Weipa being a remote rural area my mum got it 3 days after mothers day but worked out great because she got back from Darwin a day before she received her gift!! I ordered Easter Basket to sent to my grandies in NSW, as we live in Vic....
what they received was not what I ordered, just a pathetic & frugal version & barely be valued at $25. Having checked my receipt which only states 1x $72.00 +postage $9.95 (I did get discount maybe $3-$5 off item, so it original price must have been approx $75-$79), no item description or the original price of item ordered. Upon checking their website there isn't anything that resembles what was sent. I am disgusted, I wasted my money got no value, now its too late as its Easter Saturday seriously!!!

Disappointing

Disappointing, missing items and damaged goods I emailed the company and they felt it was ok with a sorry email and never resolved the issue.

Do not use this company as value for money is not there. Never will I order from this company again.

Outstanding Customer Service

I received a coffee lovers basket (a gift) and I noticed an issue with one of the products. Gift Basket customer service team were outstanding, they resolved the issue that day in a way that far exceeded my expectations.

Basket delivered to wrong address, On wrong day, Not the companies fault true but then when I go & pick up from incorrect address I can hear all the items loose in delivery box, All chocolates had broken from wrapping & floating in delivery carton, Then the extra beers that I paid for were NOT there, Soooooooo disappointed.

Smooth Transaction

Was purchased as a gift and recipient was very happy. Ended up changing to Gift Basket at last minute as the other Company I was looking at could not provide next day delivery. Basket was delivered next day no hassles.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied, I ordered this for my Sister in law as birthday and never received a thank you, when I had asked her she said she never received the gift. I followed up my emails and it said order was completed but I never received an email to say it had been delivered. I will not be using this service again.
