Gift basket for seriously ill Aunty in hospital in WA not delivered. Item i am told was refused delivery in a hospital they had the patient name, ward name & bed number then the courier left it at the post office. I am still waiting for a credit even though this company admits this item has not been delivered and they can't understand why the courier didn't deliver it at all, then left it at the post office. Not happy and at a time when I'm worried about my Aunty and can't get into WA to see her. Terrible service. Lucky the hamper wasn't flowers can you imagine being delivered dead flowers!

I would once again like to extend our apologies in regards to the delivery issues your order experienced, it was definitely one that we do not experience and is an incredibly rare delivery case. Once this was brought to our attention we lodged a delivery dispute right away with Star Track and requested for a redelivery to be made ASAP to an alternate address that was then not made. We made this request as quickly as we could and Star Track informed us that an investigator would be lodging the request, after that Star Track made no further updates with us and since then the parcel has not been able to be located within their system. We are so sorry this happened with your order and is unfortunately, one of those cases that become unpredictable and out of either of our control. We have refunded you the cost of your basket as your Aunt has still not received her order and the package is now likely to have been lost in transit. Very poor customer service

I had the worst experience with this company. My hamper was not delivered on time and it was extremely late. What was delivered was not what I asked for. And the company was very difficult to deal with.

Hi Carla, we sincerely apologise for the many issues your order had in terms of delivery delays. The initial delivery to your recipient was not able to get there on time unfortunately due to the current delivery delays in the postal system, we then agreed to return this basket back to our warehouse and get a new once sent to her home address - once the original order had arrived back to us. This process took a few days and as soon as it was received a new order was organised and sent to the alternate address. Unfortunately this order was also delayed due to the significant delivery backlogs in many depots in both NSW and VIC. We had kept in contact over emails and with Star Track in order to update you as best we could in terms of the status of the delivery. I was disappointed the basket was not…

I was disappointed the basket was not delivered on the date specified as I specifically asked to be called if no one was home, I did not get a phone call nor was a note left in the mailbox indicating the basket could be picked up at the nearest post office.

Due to the current uncertainty in the postal system it is very hard for us, like it is for many other companies to predict and guarantee delivery dates as postal backlogs and delay times are changing daily. This is something we try our very best to advise our customers of by placing a compulsory acknowledgment at the checkout before an order can be made - stating that our delivery date calendar function is to only be used as a guide. In regards to the driver not calling upon delivery attempt unfortunately this i not something drivers always have the ability of as they are not given company phones to use. They use they tracking link system to keep everyone informed and aware of the delivery status that is emailed to our customers upon dispatch. We do sincerely apologise on behalf of Star Track that this caused an extra delay in delivery, however we hope your recipient was still able to enjoy the basket you ordered for them!
