I am thrilled by the service and extremely fast delivery of my order through gift basket.com.au, I ordered my gift by 3pm for delivery the following day and it arrived by 2pm on the day requested. Hi Melissa, we are so sorry to hear what happened with your order. You had been in contact with our team via email recently and we had investigated your delivery case between yourself, Star Track and the hospital in which the delivery was made to. The hospital was able to confirm with us that they received the package and it was signed by a member of staff at the delivery dock. From there they could also confirm that they sent the package off to be delivered to your recipients ward, to then be then passed onto your recipients hospital room. This is then where the hospital staff could not confirm whether it was delivered to the correct patient room. The hospital staff tried to be as helpful as they could in trying to locate the parcel one last time but they let us know that they could not. We are sincerely sorry this happened with your order and unfortunately as it had been delivered to the correct address, but then lost somewhere along the way there was nothing we could do in terms of making another delivery.
