I'm sorry to hear that this has been your experience. I completely appreciate how disappointing it is when you're expecting your digital gift card and it doesn't appear to arrive.

Our digital gift cards are generated automatically and are usually sent within one hour of purchase. If you're using Gmail, it's worth checking your Promotions folder, as Google often filters our e-vouchers there. On mobile devices this folder can sometimes be hidden, but if you sign in via a desktop browser, the Promotions tab should be visible.

Bought a b&q voucher for my brothers…

Bought a b&q voucher for my brothers birthday, waited 48 hours for it to arrive in email inbox, nothing. Emailed them, nothing. Emailed them 3 more times and still nothing.3 months later still no reply. Absolutely awful company, wouldnt even click on their scam of a website

We bought an e gift card for a friend

We bought an e gift card for a friend. We wanted to do this before a leaving occasion but couldn’t alter when the email & card/gift was sent. It would have been really helpful if the website had the facility of purchasing the gift card but then being able to send it on a specific day & time. Marks & Spencer’s do it can’t you?

Just to share a bit of clarity on how things work: digital gift cards are generated and usually sent within around an hour of purchase. On occasion the email can slip into a spam or promotions folder, so it’s worth having a quick look there as well.

For physical gift cards, these are normally shipped within 48 hours on working days via Royal Mail. Please keep in mind that First Class isn’t a guaranteed service, and delivery often takes one to three days, depending on how far the parcel has to travel.
