Most of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which iis generally quick and dependable, though it doesn’t include delivery notifications or tracking. I realise that can feel a bit uncertain when you’re waiting on something.
To give customers more flexibility, we’ve now added a tracked delivery option at checkout. If you'd prefer to follow your parcel’s journey, you can choose and pay for this service on future orders, and it will provide full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

According to our records, the email address entered at checkout was the recipient’s, and the e‑voucher was sent there on 03‑06‑2026 at 12:32 PM. To make sure you’re not left waiting any longer, I’ve resent the e‑voucher for order 30497080 to Nicola, and I’m also forwarding a copy directly to your own email address so you have it to hand as well.
It should land in both inboxes within a few minutes. If it doesn’t appear straightaway, please have a quick look in your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as sometimes email providers get a bit over‑protective and filter them out. If nothing shows after around 30 minutes, our support team will be more than happy to help at support@giftcards.co.uk.
To help avoid this sort of filtering in future, moving the voucher email into your main inbox usually teaches your email provider that it’s a trusted sender.
