Lying about the places you can redeem you gift card
They are lying in the marketing about the possible places where you can redeem your gift for you. We bought a night away version, stating >100 available places in the Netherlands. When trying to redeem it, only a handful of poor options were available. After contacting the customer service, they stated: the demand sometimes changes and is not in our control.

Money put down the drain
I got this voucher from my company as a "wedding present". It is the most embarrassing, not professional and annoying experience. To me literally money put down the drain. The website is unproffesional, the activities are very poor to the point that you are never certain if this voucher will be recognised.

We received giftforyou.nl as a gift. It's a nice idea, but there is nothing "great" or even "nice" in our neighbourhood. The homepage is difficult to use. I will never buy giftforyou bon.

I had a gift certificate
I had a gift certificate. Wasnot on the site anymore. I contacted Giftforyou beginning of March. Response took forever, finally got an anwer at 27th March. With the information that my coupon was now expired (24th March) and couldnot be renewed. Asked again since their response time resulted in the expiration but they hid behind their regulations. Appaling customer Service!!!!

This is truly a scam
This is truly a scam, and they are simply thieves. I received this card as a gift. I previously tried to redeem the card, but unfortunately, it didn't work. When I finally tried to use the card again, I noticed it had expired three months earlier. At that point, there was no goodwill, and they simply kept the money. This is very disappointing, and I will never purchase anything from GiftForYou again.

Careful!!!
The website is ill-structured and all the time it jumps back to the start page. Unclear conditions. We lost €12.50 because drinks were not included while the entire saldo had to be used at once on the dishes, which we didn't know. Apparently it can be found somewhere on the user-unfriendly website. Don't buy this card!

Absolute scam
Update: I contacted the customer service of wonderbox instead of GiftForYou and they found a resolution to my problem.
Absolute scam, 2 times we tried to use gift for you/wonderbox restaurant vouchers. 2 times the restaurant reserved via the website did not manage to validate the voucher amount and both time ended paying full price.
4 week process to get an answer from customer service and both times same approach of just saying voucher can still be used till expiration date (meaning as a company it costs them 0)

Personnel is not happy with this card
We had ordered a large number of cards for our staff to thank them for their efforts. They all appear to be worthless and it is impossible to persuade customer service to do anything to find a solution. Our advice is never to purchase anything here.

Worse gift ever
Worse gift ever! :-)
Spent DAYS trying to select a place, then forced to add a minimum people - searching by card just loads a count of restaurants and no actual list. Select one and the photo is illegible, click again and it pops open and is blank.
I wish a hundred times over they would’ve just given me cash. Not worth the effort - I guess that is how they make money? By making the voucher impossible to redeem.

i feel verry sorry that i got this a s a gift. The set up is to complicated, and region bound. I choose a romantic dinner, but when i went to pick a restaurant i noticed the almost all places where more then 1hour driving from my home, 1 was close but it only accepts the voucher during weekdays.

Utter scam
Utter scam, I made one purchase and they tricked me into a membership which they then automatically escalated to force me to pay monthly subscriptions on them, the positive comments here are most likely bots, customer service just tried to make me sign up to even more stuff, complete scam, do not even touch them.
