HORRIBLE, MISLEADING, MISGUIDING.
i ordered 2 tickets for a helicopter tour for december 30. i NEVER received confirmation on if it was available. i have been calling numerous amount of times with NO answer or call back, i then decided to use the chat support icon and when i finally reached out to someone (MIRANDA) she told me that HeliNy doesn’t operate on 12/30 or 12/31, this information was INACCURATE AND INCORRECT as i was on the website and on the phone with a representative from Heliny who was showing availability for both days.
( even if that WAS the case, WHY DIDNT NO ONE REACH OUT TO ME ? )
instead of doing her job and helping me figure out anything else i can do , OR EVEN offering me a credit, gift card, EVEN altering the tour to a different tour would have been fine, MIRANDA sent out a refund in a hurry , and said it should be here within 3-5 days.. SHE ALSO told me to book on HeliNy website, AFTER I ALREADY PAID GIFTORY! THIS WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE !! i then asked to speak with a manger or supervisor and i was told he won’t be in until Monday, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?
I am ANGRY, ANNOYED AND HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AS MY BIRTHDAY PLANS ARE RUINED AND I LOST OUT ON A BIG CHUNK OF MONEY.
MIRANDA THEN ENDED THE CHAT QUICKLY AS I WAS STILL CONVERSING WITH HER !
i read other reviews and seen another customer spoke with MIRANDA over the phone and GAVE A GIFT CARD the same day i was trying to figure things out, this is UNFAIR AND HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE as i tried to call NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES AND GOT NO ANSWER , CALL BACK OR COMMUNICATION OR HELP!!! i am HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH GIFTORY !!!!!
Love the promotional ;however, there is NO customer service when you need assistance. You must email for all assistance and it takes 5-7 days.
I had unused events that we never used. I called and spoke with Miranda. She immediately refunded my account with a gift card for the unused amount so I can take my husband on a tour he's been really excited about. The phone call to the gift card took a total of 5 minutes. Thank you, Miranda!
I wasn't aware of this site but I was looking for a fun christmas gift; this was just that! It was so easy and had so many affordable options!
very bad experience, we got confirmation from giftory on everglades tour, the trip is changed at last min before booked time next day, there has no inform ahead of time, no way we could cancel. This is pretty bad, right now I have zero trust with gitory and its associated company at all. I will never book from any thing from Giftory any more.
I bought this for my dad to use for his birthday, it was really difficult to use, and didn’t end up being able to use it.
Also, I tried to use the discount code for another gift card and it didn’t work, the site won’t let you remove the automatic discount to add a new discount code.
I would go directly through whichever place you’re trying to buy a gift card for rather than this third party.

Purchased an email AMC movie pass for 2 on Dec 16th. Never received the email, I thought it would be faster than waiting for a hard copy gift card. I contacted their customer service email this AM, and they responded within hours. A few hours later, I received my gift passes. They were very responsive, will definitely use this website again in the future.

For several days, my purchase just kept saying shipping label created, but was never sent. I’m trying to reach out to customer service. It was nearly impossible. No one answered the phone. The chat room kept saying high volume. Then when I finally did get a hold of customer service they said mine was lost three days before Christmas. will never use this company again.
