Scam. Don’t use. Purchase a booking experience for escape room and it did not specify that you need to schedule a head of time for the booking which is stupid. Asking for refund and get no response from them. Phoneline off. Chat online off. No way to contact them except waiting for their email which take forever. Will not recommend for anyone whatsoever. Hate this company and hope they will be out of business soon.

Ordered a Crumbl gift certificate for Christmas for my mom and we followed every step, none of which led to any real voucher, a fake credit card number that couldn’t be entered into the system and had to pay cash on the spot. We clicked every button they make you click to still not get ANYWHERE. Scam of a company do not use EVER.

Not possible to redeem any Gifts. I got a Gift from my sister for a Restaurant and they dont book the Restaurant. They responded After few days when everything was booked out then they offert different Dates and they dont even respond before the Date is happening. I responded within 5 minutes. Live Chat is Never working emails are Not getting answered as well. Feels Like Scan

Giftory is a complete nightmare. After multiple emails with no response, I tried calling—nonstop, only to be put on hold for hours with no answer. You think you’ve paid for an experience, but you can’t even book it until they confirm, which they don’t explain upfront. Absolutely frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased River cruise tickets through giftory on 12/23/25, but never got tickets, so I had to repurchase in a different way in order to catch the boat. I called them, no one to pick up the phone, I tried to chat, but just robotic repeating same thing asking me to make question clear, and I sent email, the auto reply said due to networking issue, they need a few days to answer (indeed, a real person replied my email a week late). This is not a trustful website to make a purchase through my very bad experience.

Unfortunate to see my first transaction on AMC tickets and they don’t delivered as advertised. I try communicating with their phone number and email support with no replies at all. They sold me two black tickets, 2 beverages and a popcorn buckets, just got to download a single ticket voucher and a couple beverages. I can forget about the popcorn but the second black ticket is vital for their offer for 2. If this is a fraud on their part of not delivering what they described, I can report to the FTC ?! Please fix this giftroy. You should have more than a few emails logged.
UPDATE - They have made me whole and fixed the tickets. Just a warning since I am in California and we have a no expiry rule for gift cards. I tried to download the tickets 9 months after my purchase and they removed the other ticket somewhere between. I will keep the low review but add a star since they gave me what was promised. I am glad people come here to check really if any company is trustworthy. Thanks Trustpilot. Wont be thanking Giftroy since they try to scam me.

Website is confusing and spammy. They’re making it as hard has possible to actually use the gift card. I had to make a request to be allowed to book an appointment with the gift card, and they say they’ll respond within 7 business days.

Non existent customer service “will back with you in 7-10 business days”. This is response I got after paying $500 for a gift certificate and extra $10 for express shipping to get in in time for holidays.

Bait and Switch! Don’t buy from Giftory. We had a family reunion and bought the San Antonio go city card because it had the San Antonio spurs game included. When we went to redeem it Go City said they no longer include the Spurs game. I called customer service and the agent saw the Spurs listed and said she would talk to her manager about getting us credit. We received an email the next day saying that the Spurs are not listed. They took it off the website after I called. Luckily I took a picture of the website the day before and it was clearly listed. Giftory still has not responded. We will buy from Groupon and not Giftory from now on.

I went to the San Diego zoo I paid for a voucher and then when I tried to go in to the park they told me I needed the physical ticket. Which I never got on an email. The customer service is terrible if you need to speak with someone you'll be on hold for a bit then they hang up. The chat says they'll get with me by the next business day. I'm here at the park with my family and I am having to purchase the tickets. Be careful purchasing tickets from this company
Customer service it absolutely terrible. I booked an escape room for my family and now they are telling me in order to get the booking, I have to pick my top 3 dates and they will "get back to me". And I have to book at least 10 days in advance which was not mentioned when purchasing the tickets. No one is available to take my calls and they will respond to my email within 5 to 7 business days. Not acceptable. Do NOT recommend. Just pay the extra $30 for the tickets

These people are horrible booking agents. I booked an appointment for a Cajun home cooking class. When I reached out to change the time I was told they have no record of my order, even though the took my money. Then they offered me no assistance in trying to resolve the issue and told me to deal with whomever the provider is but couldn't tell me any information on who they were or how to contact them. I am currently attempting to do that research on my own. Their customer service is horrific. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

i ordered 2 tickets for a helicopter tour for december 30. i NEVER received confirmation on if it was available. i have been calling numerous amount of times with NO answer or call back, i then decided to use the chat support icon and when i finally reached out to someone (MIRANDA) she told me that HeliNy doesn’t operate on 12/30 or 12/31, this information was INACCURATE AND INCORRECT as i was on the website and on the phone with a representative from Heliny who was showing availability for both days.
