Our relationship with GiftPay started early in 2020 when due to the pandemic we had to urgently pivot from a physical gift card offering to digital. GiftPay was instrumental in ensuring we were able to continue to reward our respondents without delay.

The customer service we have received from that date on by Lucas has been outstanding. He always responds extremely quickly to any queries we may have.

Their retailer choice is larger than we were able to previously provide with our physical gift card offering & the New Zealand retail options continue to grow each year. Being digital negates holding stock of expiring cards or the cost and security issues that come with couriering physical cards and has greatly reduced our administration effort in rewarding our respondents.

The customer service from day 0 (when we were in talks of a demo and search of a program) has been amazing. The response is so quick to any queries we have. The initial set up is very quick and the team are happy to help format our designs into the card we want. The system is very intuitive to use and has been a great improvement from keeping excel sheets and trackers. Definitely recommend. Have been using for over 3 years.

We have been using GiftPay for years, all the employees, and third party Giftcards get processed through the platform. There are no additional fees, just straight forward transactions, and we can get bonuses when spending over a certain amount. The customer interface is very intuitive, easy to use, and easy to manage. We also get great support from our account manager, any questions or issues are rapidly resolved. Customer service is excellent and GiftPay really go out of the way to assist. This product is very easy to use & covers multiple ways to send gifts to staff. This makes for huge time saving when dealing with a large workforce. The large number of retailers associated with the program means that recipients have a huge amount of choice of where to spend their gift. Happy staff, happy company = win-win

Customer Service was exceptional. It is rare these days to contact customer service and get straight through to a human. In this case, the human was helpful, friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable and proactive. The same person followed my enquiry from start to finish, consistently setting and then exceeding expectations in terms of follow-up and information. I haven't had a customer service experience this good in a long time.

Excellent service for our clients and staff to be able to use these vouchers and receive and use them instantly and to make the choice where they would like to spend it! With so many options available to choose from it makes gift giving a no brainer. No added fees to purchase and you get bonus credits! Plus the rep is amazing if there is every any issue that needs attention r you need help with! Recommend!

Immediately I got to speak with a senior account manager (John) who provided clear and instant info, emailed it all in writing and provided his details for contact. The program looks awesome: Simple, branded and just the fit for our business!

Our business's dealings with GiftPay have been fantastic. Accounts are easy to set up, service and support is responsive and helpful, and the platform itself is excellent for both the business and recipient. Much better security for the business, no more physical stock lying around, cards can be purchased and distributed straight away, and there are plenty of options for loading a balance. Recipients love that they get to choose where to spend their voucher rather than this being done for them and have 3 years to do so. Highly recommended all round.
