Variety of options and simple platform

With so many options online I went with Giftpay due to their huge variety of options and simple delivery bulk giftcards. The artwork team are fantastic and just get your vision without being spoon fed. A all round easy platform. Special mention to Lucas who is always available and listens to his clients. Great way to gift employees

The team at GiftPay have been amazing to work with. Specifically Sabrina Kuo who has carefully guided me and was so accommodating through the end to end process which enable me to roll our end of year ecards to over a thousand employees.
I couldn't have done it so effortlessly without her. This platform has truly made it easy. And are spoilt for choice with retailers to choose from.

We are regular users of Giftpay and find the process and support (when required) to be simple and easy to access. Giftpay are also responsive to requests that make our interaction with the service better. We have used giftpay for many years now and would certainly recommend them.

Appalling customer service

If I could give no stars I would of. This was my first time using giftpay I was trying to.make an enquiry as to how to redeem a voucher I'd been sent for gift pay. I was shouted at by some awful women who kept firing questions at me but wouldn't allow me to answer or explain my situation. If she is the person who you get through to for help then God help us all. I will never use this company in the future and will contact the provider of my e voucher to change it to a company with better customer services. Appalling.

Absolutely HORRIFIC

Absolutely HORRIFIC. I was given a $50 FLEXI gift card for a panel I completed. Every selection I made gave me an error when I tried to activate it. On top of that, your FAQ is blank and I cannot find a single REAL person who has actually had success with using them. You all seem to be running a great scam. Someone better answer my email and allow me to use my card. You guys are horrible.

Update: Giftpay resolved my issue in a timely and efficient manner. I updated my review to reflect that. Thank you again.

I had received a $250 gift voucher for…

I had received a $250 gift voucher for completing a 2hour focus group. However, upon attempting to use the voucher it appears as though 3 retailers have been selected and the vouchers have already been used at said retailers.

The response from the support team was simply to imply that our account must have been compromised.

Much better way to reward and recognise our people

With our reward and recognition program, we were asking staff what voucher they wanted, arranged it and then mailed or emailed it. It was impersonal and no surprise. With GiftPay, we have our own branded gift cards that are sent immediately with our logo and a personalised message. Our staff love them. It is easy and time efficient. Great product, wonderful team and great service. Highly recommended

Love you guys!

I have been using GiftPay for years for our employee rewards and recognition programs. I've found them to be great business, with a wide range of retailers available to redeem at. The team are always super helpful whenever I have questions and I always recommend them when people ask about the best place to get vouchers from - even our HO are now utilising them (10,000+ employees).

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. A few of my gift cards could not go through during checkout, showing errors, however payments were still deducted from the balance. Contacted Giftpay. After numerous emails back and forth with the same information being repeated as well very delayed responses over almost 2 months, they refused to offer a solution and told me to contact the retailer I tried to use the gift card in the first place. As it's not their problem. Stay away.

As the customer noted above, the error occurred at the checkout, meaning this was an error on the part of the retailer and the retailer's checkout system. GiftPay allows recipients to select a retailer and then issues a digital gift card generated by that retailer. When an error occurs at checkout, it is an error with the retailer's eGift system or checkout system. We worked with this customer extensively to troubleshoot the problem but concluded that it was a retailer error that could only be resolved by the retailer. Retailers will only provide support to the gift card holder which means we generally can't intervene, however the customer refuses to contact the retailer for support.

Lock em up!

these crooks allowed me to purchase 36 WISH egift cards then stole them from me claiming they were out of stock after i already purchased them!
Keep away from these shifty thieves! They should be locked up!

I had them in my posessio n, the transaction went through! So to say they were out of stock is complete rubbish! LYING THIEVES! And dealing with Lucas Wan was a non gay experience!

Gift recipients do not make purchases from GiftPay. This reviewer received a Flexi eGift Card which allows them to select from a range of over 50 retail brand eGifts. Due to supplier issues beyond our control, a retail brand eGift Card may occasionally run out of stock. However this reviewer's full Flexi eGift value remained available to them and ready to redeem via any of our other 50+ retail brands. It would be completely wrong to characterise "out of stock" as being "stolen".
