I ordered a UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY 144th Anniversary Christmas Ornament Bell. From giftsur.com on October 30,2025 at 14:15 EDT. My order was confirmed. Amount 26.98 Order# gifs58558. As of today Nov 25,2025 I have not received any update on shipping or delivery. My name is Linda Wolford 105 Four Seasons Drive. Cox’s Creek,Ky. 40013. Please help me find out about my order. My attorney will file a suit as Giftsur.com if I don’t hear from this company by Nov 30,2025.

I had great help from Charlotte in getting a refund for my item when I received the incorrect item.

Although I did not receive the item I ordered, the customer service representatives Jamie and especially Charlotte went out of their way to arrange an acceptable substitute. The substitute item arrived in excellent condition, it was packed very well to prevent damage. This has been such a good experience with Giftsur, that I will happily recomment the company to others! Thank you!

I ordered from Giftsur via FB. My card charge went to an operation named GENIAL LAVERNE CA. iT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WHERE THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT. The merchandise never arrived.

I was extremely satisfied with the Customer Service I received when checking on my order. I always received a prompt reply keeping me updated with my order progress and shipping information. The item arrived sooner than expected and looked just like the photo. My son will love this Steelers glass.

Ordered two Advent calendars. One of the calendars was not what I ordered. Both calendars were not what was advertised and terrible quality. It also took over a month to get. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because they wouldn't give me a full refund. The product ships from China. The good reviews are clearly fake.
