Never got a call back
Never got a call back. Messaged them and, after waiting many days, they said to phone !!! Messages are not entirely read as on another message I was advised to do something I told them I was unable to do, and this reply took many days to get back to me. I received one phone call from them and it rang twice and turned off, so I never spoke to anyone. I dread to think what will happen if I have to make a claim.
