I've recently founded a recruitment company with a friend of mine and stumbled across GiiG while doing some research. Having the "forever free" package was a brilliant way to play around with the basics of the CRM for a bit. Both me and my colleague have worked in recruitment before and we love the tailored set up of GiiG towards people in this industry. The system is super intuitive and it all "just makes sense" in a way. They are still a young company so naturally there are some bugs and flaws but so far all have been just minor ones. And this is where a huge compliment has to be made: Their customer service. From the beginning they were super engaging, any questions or even bugs are responded to more or less immediately and usually resolved within a few hours. Luke also jumped on an intro call with us and what stood out here was no BS selling but just honesty and showing where the advantages are but also where some room for improvement lies within Giig. What I like here is that they are very open for feedback and input from their users so they can add new features which align with the needs of their customers. We are currently on the Giig starter package and so far it fits our needs very well. Also the pricing is great value for money.

I’d highly recommend Giig Hire to any new recruitment business owner, the platform has provided me with exactly what I need. It’s very user friendly and very good value for money, especially given the extortionate prices other CRM’s are charging. Having the free version was perfect for when I was just starting up.

Best free/low cost ATS I’ve found. Customer service is fantastic. One of the founders responded to my concern immediately and addressed it in real time even though he’s in the UK and it was long after business hours.

Does everything I need it to do

We’ve recently started using Giig Hire and it’s been a game-changer for our recruitment workflow. The interface is incredibly comprehensive yet easy to navigate — everything from candidate pipelines to job posting feels streamlined and thoughtfully designed.

Having been in recruitment for 18 years and used various CRM and ATS tools along the way i was sceptiacal about Giig but i was actually suprised! having been recommended to use Giig via a partner service at the REC EXPO and I have not been dissappointed. The set up is user friendly and the staff were honest and super helpful. The system is visualy great and the dashboard is perfect, would recommend them highly.

Love it - don't know why i didn't find Giig sooner!

I’ve tried a number of systems, many more well know and pricier, but none more intuitive or simple to use. Support is human and brilliant.

The platform looks great, works great but the bit that got me was the support. The team were there straight away to help out and spoke to me like a human and it turned out they are human not a bot. Highly recommend as it will be my ATS of choice going forward.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate — you get used to it straight away.

The free version is already very complete, and the £9.90 plan offers excellent value for money.

Moreover, I had a question and the founder himself replied very quickly — that level of support is a real plus.
