Cannot recommend these guys enough!! They’ve helped me when I thought help wasn’t available. The hardest step is always the first and with these it was so easy! They were so understanding listened non judgemental and always at the end of the phone when needed. They’ve helped me so much I can’t thank them enough they are amazing! I can finally look forward to the future with my three little boys not worried about knocks at the door or what mess I’ve got myself into. I can finally start to build a new future for me and my little ones stress free and full of sleep without worrying and I cannot seriously thank them enough. Don’t be a fool like I was and give them a ring it’s the best thing I’ve done and it’s the best thing you’ll do.

These guys.. Darren what a legend. Followed from start to approval, replied at stupid o clock on Sundays as well as during Christmas holidays. Couldn't recommend enough!

Darren, Anthony and Mark have been absolute diamonds in assisting me and my partner with our debts and recommending and organising an IVA for us. They have done all the legwork for us and nothing has been too much. My partner often gets extremely anxious however these guys have been insanely understanding and ensured she is at ease and understood the entire process. Communication, great, advice, amazing and extremely professional. They have treat us like a close friend or family member, and I cannot thank them enough for the work and patience they have delivered. An absolute credit to the company - I would be proud to have this crew on my team & wish I could buy them all a well deserved beer!

Anthony and the rest of the team were fantastic throughout the process. Regularly messaging on Whatsapp, sometimes later on in the evening too. Reassuring, accessible and to the point. These guys have really helped me to understand the whole process and in turn reduce my monthly payments into one affordable monthly payment. Can't thank them enough. If you're not sure about something just ask the team, I had a million questions and each one was answered in an informative and honest way.

These guys are amazing. I got into debt due to a mental break down, prison sentence and loosing my job and mortgage, I was pretty much homeless when Anthony contacted me about my debts and that was like over a year and a half ago. Using giraffes advice I was able to avoid going bankrupt, the option probation was trying to make me go with. Stop all my debtors chasing me. Allowed me to gain self respect back by helping me choose a debt relief option that allowed me to pay back what I could afford to, and still be able to live and pay some toward child support.

Anthony basically babysat me the whole 9 yards, he helped me organise bank statements, debtor letters that were overwhelming. helped me in everyway possible. For two years he kept in touch when my application was at a stand still. Thanks giraffee Money for all your help.

Anyone who doesn't want to answer the phone to numbers you don't recognise, or are paranoid constantly when the door goes, get in touch with giraffee money.

I would like to publicly thank Giraffe Money for making the whole process of relieving my financial worries so easy. What can I say about these guys, amazing service received from the very 1st phone call. They never judged and showed empathy towards my situation. Always professional, however so easy to talk to. made me feel completely at ease. Always available for a call 24/7, nothing was too much trouble for them. I finally called Giraffe money, Darren could not have been easier to deal with, he was not judgmental, he made it clear the hardest part was already done by making the call. Within days Giraffe had gone through my finances and advised on the best way forward We agreed and had sorted out the IVA and we just has to wait for the meeting.

This was approved and i will start my way out of Debt

The whole team was friendly, non judgmental and professional throughout and I could not recommend Giraffe enough to anyone in the same position as I was.
