This company were so great,they were not judgemental they were just so kind and understanding.especilly one person Darren could not have been more helpful.Once again thank you so much.

A huge thank you to Darren who has helped me this past week. I knew I had lots of debt just didn’t realise how much I actually owed. Darren talked me through the process and has been at the end of a the phone for all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. A massive weight has now be lifted and I can now start to live again.

Thanks to Darren, Ant and Martyn for their top tier service and advice. They've taken a real weight off my shoulders.

Absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and Darren, Martin, Anthony and Andre go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

Excellent service, so helpful and friendly, Darren, Anthony and Andy were always checking up on me and nothing was too much for them. I would recommend using these guys if you have any financial worries etc, don’t bury your head like I did for so long.

The help and advice was brilliant from start to finish , now I am paying one payment per month for all my debts that is affordable , would highly recommend, thanks again

So I've struggled with debt for nearly 7 years following a failed marriage.
I called the company and initially spoke to Darren. He was instantly reassuring and promised me the company could help.
I've since had communication with Anthony and Alex, and I can't speak highly enough of the three as representatives of the company.
I've since gone from a major bout of depression, sleepless nights and job loss as a result of my poor mental health, to a happier life, settled in a new career and putting more time and effort into "me" ie going to gym, socialising again etc.
I can't thank the lads more. They are incredibly professional, polite, respectful and even listened to me when I poured my heart out to them about how I got into this position in my life.

I had an advisor by the name of Darren and I can’t express my gratitude enough for him! He has helped me from start to finish, always been available if I need to ask a question or simply help me with the calls to companies. I am usually skeptical to these sorts of companies however Giraffe Money are exceptional! Darren helped me through everything I needed to get my IVA accepted and now I have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders thanks to him.
