Dresses are beautiful and true to size. I had a customer service query and it was answered immediately, politely and an immediate resolve offered. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Excellent customer service. Corrected an order mistake I made (wrong size) before it was processed and posted out to me.

I ordered a fleece top which was delivered quickly but unfortunately was not the colour I ordered I contacted company who responded promptly and correct garment was sent out quickly. The top is lovely and appears well made.

Fabulous dress, absolutely loved it. I'm 5 foot 4, so it was more of a maxi on me than calf length. Had loads of great comments, great fit, very comfy at the same time as being glam.

I ordered 4 dresses for choice with trepidation as this was a supplier I hadn’t used before. What a nightmare …. I loved them all. I have only returned one and that’s not an issue with the dress but purely it was sleeveless and my old arms don’t do sleeveless well these days 😬 So, im now the proud owner of 3 beautiful dresses 🥰

I bought a dress and the first time I wore it within minutes it had all frayed on the back seam. I sent a photo and asked for a refund but it was out of 14 days return as I bought it for a holiday. I explained but will not refund. This is faulty goods. Had no response

I was disappointed when I saw the Betty floral dress was out of stock in my size. I contacted Customer Services to see if it would be back in stock soon. They responded very quickly and moved stock from wholesale into retail to allow me to order via the website. Great service!

I dont normally write reviews infact its very rare! I normally shop in the likes of zara, h&m, asos, independent boutiques.... but i just wanna say I have never in my life had such amazing customer service from this brand. Its been better than any retailer ave shopped at. And am not being OTT. I ordered a dress for my mum which was too small in size. So I sent it back and opted for a gift card as I wanted the next size up for her. Turns out the next size up was out of stock and I couldnt get the refund. But after a few emails with customer service the girl had gone so far out of her way to then make more stock live which sold out too quick again so she went to the warehouse got another size what i needed and placed this on her desk untill I had the gift card come through. Like if thats not customer service at its finest I dont no what is, plus shes sending it out the same day for me!!! So thank you so much for all your efforts its gone a long way. Its nice to be nice in this day and age x

I needed an item quickly and thought I had ordered next day delivery but I wasn’t certain. I sent an email and they responded immediately confirming I had which is great because normally you get a message saying someone will contact you within 48-72 hours

Great customer service, responded to a query I had within a very short period of time and resolved my problem ( which was due to an error on my part) very quickly.

Ordered on thursday had a mix up with my email address so i emailed the company they very quickly got back to me and sorted the issue, my two items came on saturday morning amazing service and love what i got, will be shopping again.

Although the dress didn’t meet my expectation, the service was flawless.
My refund was speedy and the process was uncomplicated

I ordered 2 red dresses but was sent 2 berry dresses. I contacted customer services who advised me to return the dresses. After realising they had deducted a return charge I contacted them again & they happily refunded that charge. I would have scored higher but they didn’t at any point offer to send me the red dresses.
