Fantastic customer service and absolutely beautiful dresses.
Delivery was fast (parcel arrived next day). I needed assistance with customer services for something and they replied straight away and were incredibly helpful.
The dresses themselves were such a high quality, and I didn't realise they had pockets too- bonus!

I would make Girl In Mind my first point of call next time I need a dress.

Speedy delivery and great customer service. Returns policy turnaround was very tight so I got in touch with the GIM customer service team and they were able to help me out in my situation with a return and credit note, very grateful.

I emailed the company as I was worried that my parcel had not been delivered yet. The company got back within a few hours and told me where my parcel was delivered. I appreciate their help as other companies would not even help with finding a parcel!

Would give zero stars if I could this company is an absolute joke. The customer service is non-existent. I am very very disappointed completely ignored my emails and not refunded my money had to do a visa dispute to try and get money back.

I placed a large order of over £300 on dresses for a wedding, and honestly, the whole experience has been nothing but stressful. For the price point, the clothes are extremely expensive for the quality, but the real issues began when I tried to return items.
Their refund policy states 21 days, but what they fail to make clear is that this means 21 days from the date of order, not the date of delivery like most retailers. Because of this lack of clarity, I ended up being one day late returning my parcel. I explained that I had a family emergency and asked if they could consider the refund given I was only one day over. They refused and insisted on issuing a gift card instead.
The customer service communication was shockingly unprofessional. The writing was poorly structured, almost like a young person casually messaging a friend. They ignored most of what I wrote, cherry‑picked what they wanted to respond to, and then stopped replying altogether.
Fast forward to when I used the gift card: I returned some items before the voucher expired, but I received no acknowledgement that my return had been received or that a refund was being processed. When I chased them, they replied with “your gift card has expired”—even though it was still active at the time they received my return. They should have processed the refund then and there.
Only after disputing this and pointing out that they now had both my money and my clothes did they finally respond—24 days later. They said they had sent the clothes back to me, but one item was “out of stock,” so they issued yet another gift card… and gave me only three weeks to use it before it expired.
This company has shown poor communication, poor customer service, and a refund process that feels deliberately obstructive. The whole experience has come across as money‑grabbing and dismissive of customers.
Avoid at all costs. I will never order from them again.

I recently ordered a dress during Black Friday Sales but accidentally forgot to apply discount code so ended up paying full price. I contacted customer service and explained what had happened. I received a response immediately, my purchase was delivered very quickly, and the refund was returned to my account without any hassle. The agent was a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend GIRL IN MIND, and I look forward to making further purchases..
