This time the items were placed in a messy way with excessive padding and no organization.
Please check your packing process. Consistency is important, especially for premium products like yours. I hope to see the same level of care as my first order in future shipments.

Horrible customer service service
I placed an order last week. For me, a substantial order. I was given a 10% discount.
3 days after I placed my order there was a 20% offer. I wrote to the company asking for the additional 10% and was refused.
I bought this product for gifts as I have been using it for many years. I will not buy again.
The additional 10% could have easily been deducted from my credit card. This is incredibly poor, almost insulting, customer service.

We enjoyed the tasting and they even provided us with free product due to us having to wait a bit while they took care of another customer. It wasn't necessary but a nice touch. Everything shipped to our home was nicely packed and nothing damaged.

We had a wonderful private tour guide…
We had a wonderful private tour guide who took extreme care in explaining the history and the process of making balsamic and provided us with a detailed tasting.
She helped us select our items for purchase to be shipped home . We received our balsamic and are truly enjoying it. A wonderful experience!!

Amazing balsamic and wonderful staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Giusti. Even though we were too late for a tour the museum was super interesting. Our balsamic tasting was fabulous and we purchased several bottles for shipping which arrived as promised and well packaged.
