Falsely advertised keys, unwilling to issue refund
Purchased a Windows 10 key on the assumption that this would be a retail key, rather than an OEM key as the page did not make a notice of this whereas the product pages for their other Windows keys did state clearly that these were OEM. By omitting this it implies it wouldn't be an OEM key. Turns out these keys were too, in fact, OEM, which I do not need and would not have bought had I known this beforehand.
Moreover, the first key I was issued (before I knew it would be an OEM key) did not work. After this, I asked them to clarify what kind of key it was, and made it clear that if it was an OEM key I did not wish to receive a replacement key. Nonetheless, they sent me a key and stated that once keys are given they are unable to give refunds. Disgusting.
Their customer service does not wish to understand or issue a refund. Completely unacceptable misdirection on the behalf of GK4.me. I'll certainly not buy any of their products and will advise others not to do so either. Be warned.

Had to change my opinion
I bought a minecraft account... got it for one day... but today the password is changed and i cant login on it... so my moneys away and my game too ... got a new one and again after one day password changed...
Also i contacted the email address i got as the accountname for the first account and found out that the account was hacked.

Avoid at all costs - Do not use!!!
I bought a key for TitanFall 2 for Xbox One. Seemed a bit of a dodgy way of doing it, but it worked. I hadn't played it for a few weeks and hopped on only to discover that the game I had bought had been 'cancelled'!?
I messaged them to to say I was very dissatisfied with paying for a game that I now can't even play and that I wanted a full refund. No response. I will be taking to PayPal so see if there is a way to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs!
