Fast my Key was fast on my E-Mail Account

Had some problems with the product i ordered but the support helped me very fast. Cant really recommend to buy accounts on Gk4.me because they often cause problems.

I ordered 3 Windows 10 Pro OEM keys at a great price (EUR 6,46) but wasn't too happy about the delivery times. If you think about the technology nowadays then there is no reason as to why it should take longer then 5 minutes after purchase to receive the order (Keys). Keeping that in mind, I had to wait 40 minutes before I received the actual CD Keys. The confirmation of the order and a payment confirmation email were instant, so why can't the delivery of said product be instant either.
Besides the long delivery times I have nothing else negative to say.

I bought a xbox1 game paying little over $40 and I followed the steps on how to redeem the game but it did not work and I bought a game from Gk4.me before and it worked but this time it didn't. I submitted a ticket about a week ago and no one responded to it so I opened a PayPal case. Gk4.me did respond to the dispute but they did not help. They said to contact them by email for order problems and they won't refund the order. If you get a dud key then you should dispute it through PayPal or your credit card company instead of having to send a bunch of messages just to get them to respond.

I bought two Keys. Office 2013 an Windows 10 pro. The windows key works perfectly but i still waiting for the Office Key. I contacted the Support team but they send me only the Windows 10 key. And in the Chat i cant contact anybody.

They send me a key that doesn't work and i have no answer.....

maximum 24 hours delivery...you can forget it.
3 days of wait and then after 2 months of play the key was deactivated so 👎

:RE:RE:RE: Got a working account finaly. got a different support guy and the 1st replacement he sent worked. granted i had to try 4 accounts before one worked but they did get it worked out.

:RE:RE got the replacement account and the username and password doesnt work together. its been 2 days since i told them abount it and no response. ive requested my money back for the 3rd time.

Bought an account from them a week ago and the card associated with it was stolen and didn't work. asked for a new one and about 4 days later i get that after 13 emails and screen shots to prove myself.the replacement wont even log in. says the passwords wrong. i try to explaine this to them and they say they cant help me since i change the password on the account but it never worked to begin with. it has now been a week since purchase and i still have no working product.

I have bought a game double bought. No refund, no reaction to mail since you are still so bold and sends the access data from the double bought game. Again

receivement of the key was very quick! :)

So i bought NBA 2k17 and they said it was out of stock first things first is why is it still for sale if it out of stock i was told i would get it before 12 yesterday and that was pushed back to anytime today will update and correct if i recieve product

Update 2 full days still no account.

Update the game came and works! It took a while but customer support was excellent and no problems so far!

Ordered RE 7 last Saturday, received the account after 2 hours. Unfortunately Microsoft did not accept the payment from this account. I sent a mail the same day... no response.

My advice to GK4; please check your accounts before you send them to customers. I am still waiting for a fix or a new account.

1-2: GK4 sent me a new mail with the same account... still not working. Third time contacting customer support!

I didnt ghet the game i payed for and then they gave me a voucher afther i wasted lots of time on suport !

Installation ok, after 7 days don't works, microsoft says that the game was refunded.

I write to the support, after 3 days they give me the refund voucher,
wait another 3 days for new account because nba 2k17 was not in stock.

I buy nba 2k17, I receive the account after 5 hours,

I put the account on Xbox, I'm going to buy the game from the store ..
ERROR CAN NOT GET PERMISSION OF PURCHASE FOR INFORMATION CONTACT THE PROVIDER OF PAYMENT.

Now I wait a further 3 days for a refund of a voucher to return another 2 because the game in stock, I'll give the last chance ... for resolve the problem.
