My VW Caddy van has been stolen from my driveway on the 07/03/25.
I called the Police straight way and the Gladiator insurance. As everyone who had their car stolen will know, the Police does not care.
The Police quickly close the case.
On the April 30th, by miracle my Van was found park at a build in Epping. I called the Police and Gladiator insurance to recover. However, the Gladiator just recover next day.
Since than, I am trying to get my van back and of course fixed.
I have the CCTV of the thieves and their DNA. However, the Police absolutely refuse to investigate.
The gladiator now refuse to pay or return my VAN. Claim the Police has to investigate.
I hope you don't get their services ever because when you will need Gladiator the most, they will fail you.
Now, I will have chase Gladiator through the courts.

I will never use gladiator insurance again.
The price quoted £353 went up by £468 but I had to insure my car. When I phoned up I was just fobbed off.
