I am happy with the ring I chose, and everything else was great. However, I was surprised by the packaging. I understand that standards can vary by country, but the box was not what I expected, and it did not come with a gift bag. Given that this is an engagement ring, I feel it should at least include a branded gift bag with the Glamira logo. This would save us from having to look for a suitable bag ourselves if we were to give it to someone else as a gift.

Worthless Warranty
I bought my lovely wife a $600 anklet with the noted lifetime warranty. She wore it one time, the clasp broke, it fell off her. The company says that's not their problem, it's a wear and tear issue. They Suck. Don't Patronize them.

The ring looks elegant and beautifully designed, especially the diamond detailing and finish. The customization experience was great overall. I did notice a small mark near the 4th diamond setting, but aside from that, the ring has a very premium and unique appearance.
