I can not recommend buying anything…
I can not recommend buying anything from the Bulloch Group. We got new windows throughout our house and from them not turning up for the first sales appointment to now 6 weeks after the installation I don't really have a good word to say about them. We are still waiting for damage to our render outside plus damage caused by them to one of the window frames to be fixed.
On the first day of the windows being installed, two of them couldn't be due having the wrong finish, one was installed with the wrong finish and two windows that were installed were smashed. The people who carried out the work (who may or may not be sub contractors nobody seams quite sure) were not tidy nor did they stick to the time frame they provided.
They also turned up early on the first day which has caused significant stress to my disabled son. Management has still not apologised for this.
Due to these issues and after receiving advice from the broker we held off on signing the finance agreement. Bulloch's response to this was to threaten us with inaccurate legal action.
This is not a complete list of all the issues we had but I hope it is more than enough to put off any one else from buying anything from this company.
