Useless website. I went though the interrogation process to join which was very intrusive then every time I try to log in it asks me the same questions over and over again.

Can’t do anything without being forced to be introduced to ‘communities’ (filling out questionnaires without being able to skip) or file salary or reviews. Not worth the time

Glassdoor allows companies to rate themselves much higher than they actually are, while they remove the negative reviews!

Glassdoor allows employers to leave batch positive reviews for themselves, but removes the honest negative reviews, left by actual employees!

WROST USER EXPERINECE IN THE WORLD. I tried to view a specific jobs salary then I clicked another button. Asked me to login but I logged in with the wrong account and since it was new, it wouldn't LET ME LOG OUT UNLESS I PUT A JOB THAT I WORKED. THIS IS RIDICILOUS, I JUST WANT TO LOG OUT. FIX THE WEBSITE.

Glassdoor was okay for me when it let me log in and check reviews of various companies.

Today, I logged in and was presented with a mandatory questionnaire about my employment that made me feel that my account's data had been wiped. There was no way to dismiss this questionnaire, a prerequisite step to access the new Facebook newsfeed-style 'Community' feature.

Additionally, because I had not made any contributions for over a year, I was required to make a new contribution to access company reviews. I found this to be contrived and annoying.

Glassdoor could do a lot better when it comes to user experience. Are they intentionally trying to frustrate users?

Is an interesting concept but doesn't really work when it makes posting negative reviews difficult and any negative reviews eventually disappear

We are a small business with only 2 reviews on there, and the ex staff members who put them on there are entirely entitled to their opinion. However, one of them has put that they are a current employee when that is quite simply incorrect as they left a while ago. We asked Glassdoor for that to be corrected and they wouldn't do so. To be clear we did not ask for the reviews to be changed nor removed only that the employment dates be corrected. This leads me to believe that this website is awash with false information and inaccuracies. Which is a shame as it is a good concept and a useful tool for individuals, though that value is completely lost given the fake details on the platform.

Website works worse than before they changed the UI. Links are broken, you can't even use the SSO to login. I thought they were improving it. I'm wrong, it keeps going down. Good luck with that.

This company (probably an online portal only) can’t be contacted. There is a link number given that leads to a charity organisation. Also contacting them by writing in the form does not work.

Got completely bombarded with emails about jobs purporting to be from individuals who work at these employers buy I don't believe it. Very difficult to navigate their site so I closed my account. Seems like a scam to me.

They write: "Companies can't alter or remove reviews. (Really!) See how Glassdoor protects users and content"

I wrote a negative review on a company, all I wrote was true. My previous company threatened glassdoor and magic! My review was deleted!

Do NOT trust. Furthermore! The company then writes new positive reviews that are completely fake and these one are NEVER deleted.

SCAM

Business seems to have turned into a data mining/harvesting operation. The site is basically unusable unless you hand over lots of personal data.

This use to be a great website. But now it wants all my details to do anything. Will never use again. Glassdoor shooting itself in the foot

They removed my review for Bens Gutters, I believe it is because I mentioned the company were Scientologists which people should know before joining,

Rubbish website. Won't let you access any data without sharing all of your life details. Data mining like this should be illegal.

You absolutely CANNOT TRUST Glassdoor reviews. They got paid by employers to remove honest negative reviews without any warning and leave all the positive ones. Good luck getting scammed by Glassdoor and all the toxic employers out there
