Slechte landelijke dekking en service aan huis een lachtertje

We werden voor reparatie van een sterretje doorverwezen naar Glassdrive. Helaas bleken de beide dichtstbijzijnde vestigingen die we op de website vonden permanent gesloten te zijn waardoor we minimaal 45 minuten enkele reis voor de kiezen kregen. Daarom het algemene nummer gebeld voor reparatie aan huis. Daarvoor stelt Glassdrive als eis dat er een overdekte plaats beschikbaar is van minimaal 3!!!! autos groot. Dat is toch totaal niet realistisch!? What about a tent eroverheen zetten zoals andere bedrijven doen? Daar doen zij niet aan. Voor ons dus geen Glassdrive meer. Als je geen fatsoenlijke landelijke dekking hebt mag je op zijn minst zorgen dat je service aan huis goed is!
