The process of getting the glasses made seemed a little slower than expected. It also included the novelty of being called from a call centre in the Far East by someone very politely trying to get me to upgrade the lenses to something I don't need. Fair enough, everyone's got to make a living somehow.

Eventually, I got a cryptic phone call from some kind of courier company requesting some kind of fee for importing my glasses from India (into Germany). This came as a surprise - I thought I had ordered from within the EU. Since the proposed fee was about the same as the price of the glasses, I asked the courier company to return to sender. There would have been VAT on top. I sent them back, so I probably can't reclaim from PayPal, but I can certainly warn you against being tempted by low prices into thinking that dealing with Glasses Experts is cheap.

I ordered a pair of rimless prescription distance glasses from this company on 1st December 2016. I paid by PayPal I received confirmation from both of my order straight away.
On 9th December I received a text from Glasses Experts saying they have the frame (what frame!!!) in stock and that it would be moved from the warehouse to the Laboratory. After that I started checking the status of my order on their website and week after week all it was saying was "processing".
After hearing nothing from them I started trying to contact them through their website contact form then by email with no response from either. I then tried phoning them and all I got was what sounded like an engaged tone. In the end I contacted Paypal and started a case with them, this was on 5th January 2017. Paypal contacted me later to say they had sent them a message and should receive a response from them.
On 11th January Glasses direct finally contacted me saying " we have received the lenses from our supplier for the frame, the order will be processed and dispatched ASAP."
And then finally on 16th January a package arrived by courier with the glasses inside. Horray!
Unless you are prepared for a long wait avoid using this firm and if you do use them, use Paypal to pay them as I beleive if I hadn't raised a case with them I would still be waiting now.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They appear to have ceased trading but are still accepting payments online. THE CUSTOMER EMAIL CONTACT ADDRESSES DO NOT WORK AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
Update: After five weeks and having opened a dispute with Paypal the glasses have arrived. In the meantime I have also bought another pair from Specsave because I could not communicate with Glassesexperts. The glasses that arived came with no paperwork. They are okish but if they were not I still have no way of communicating with the supplier. I do not need them now as I have bought replacements. Again I would strongly recommend you do not use this company because they do not have any email contact or working phone number nor address for you to write to or return their goods if they are faulty.

Great glasses , prices and really like frames of the glasses. Good and pleased !
