Popped in here on the off chance having been disappointed with the glasses on offer from my previous opticians. I was immediately impressed with the selection on offer, there were lots of styles available to suit my head shape. Great service, thorough eye test, consulting and advising on a prescription to meet my practical daily needs. Then sound advice on lens selection. The glasses arrived quickly. They look and feel great.

A great service as always from this small, friendly and efficient opticians. The staff are professional and always happy to offer help and advice. I’ve bought numerous pairs of glasses from this shop in the High Street of Bromley and come away pleased every time. Thank you!

From the eye test to choosing glass frames the whole process was very professional, positive and friendly. The optometrist took time to explain what the results of the health check revealed. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I find it difficult choosing glasses due to the fact that I have such poor eyesight. They offered suggestions as to what might suit me once they had listened to what look I was after. The glasses were ready in a week and I’m delighted with my new glasses. I would definitely recommend Glasseslab Bromley.

I would highly recommend Glasseslab a independent opticians run by husband and wife, they and their staff give a personal and professional customer service.
The wide selection of spectacles available which you would not typically see in the main high street opticians allow you to choose glasses which will make you stand out from the crowd.
They had taken time pre-order to correctly align the arms of the glasses to ensure a perfect fit and discussing various lens options without the pressure of selling me the most expensive option which incidentally i did go for in Varifocal on wearing them i made the right decision so much better than previous i had bought elsewhere.
My new glasses look great and getting lots of compliments.

The service from all the team in the Greenwich branch has been exemplary. I have had so much time and attention to get my new varifocals right it has been without doubt my most positive experience with an optician anywhere. This is where I will definitely be returning in the future.

I was invited to leave a review and have great pleasure in doing so. It had been a good 5 years since my last eye test. My previous spectacles with unbranded lenses came from a lab, with the eye test done at one of the regular high street chains.
This time I wanted to try something different, and my internet review search directed me to Glasses Lab in Bromley High Street. The optometrist I saw was delightful. I get a free eye test due to my age but had the optional extra retinal scan too (something I had done 5 years ago) not something that was forced on me. The results were simply explained and what I should look for in any chosen set of glasses and what to keep a check on from a health point of view.
There was no pressure to buy any glasses at any point. and all the staff in the shop were charming, helpful and patient.
My primary interest was not in frames but good quality lenses. All the options available were explained to me. Within two weeks I had a stunning pair of rimless glasses. I took my wife to get a test and new glasses. She has some health issues, and they were thoughtful enough to schedule an appointment that if it overran would not cause any issues. New lenses were all that were needed as her frames were deemed OK, which saved some money, these took longer to arrive, but this was explained at the time. When we collected these, I had decided that my rimless glasses were a touch too delicate for everyday use and ordered a second pair with a sturdier looking frame. I was afforded a discount on the second pair even though I was outside the offer period when buying two pairs together, these arrived in less than a week, stunning service.
Did I spend more than I thought I would, yes. Am I happy, yes, will we return next year, definitely.

The service was a good as you could ask for; the advice given was flawless and the range of glasses were the best in London. I can't even quibble about the cost as they were good value too. I will not shop anywhere else for glasses from now in!

Like most savvy buyers I’m conscious that big ticket purchases during a cost-of-living epoch is even more precious. I took an extraordinary long time comparing frames from reputable vendors. I walked passed this amazing shop and spotted lovely displayed of selective glasses in the show window. I decided to step in to view more. I was greeted with a warm professional welcome by staff Greene who assisted me through this journey.
I was able to stay within my budget and has purchased a comfortable sophisticated pair of glasses. I was called for the collection In less than a week.
I admired the staff for her efficient, reliable, friendly and professional service. I am now happy my vision was cared for in a timely manner.
I would recommend this service 100%.

Amazing place. Staff so friendly, professional and helpful. Dimple amazing, she is so knowledgeable, also can definitely help you choose the right frame that suits your face and personality. You cant know if i am right until you visit by yourself so go and try.

I like coming to Glasseslab Bromley for a variety of reasons. Firstly, the level of customer care is phenomenal. The staff demonstrate high level of knowledge of all trends that suit you best in terms of comfortable wearing and adequacy to your prescription & the budget. Their own brand range is colourful,stylish and cool. Secondly, it would be very hard, if not impossible, to choose from a huge choice of frames without Jess and Rebecca's help. They know their job, but advise in a very respectful way. Thirdly, a very specific eye test is available in store and Dinkel is a great ophthalmologist. My eyesight needs more specific monitoring (high miophy, certain age & the history of retinal tare), so I'm grateful for a careful approach. Thank you for your hard work, your team efforts are highly appreciated.

I have been a customer almost since they have opened. As ever, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and Dimple remains a great optician. I do not hesitate to recommend Glasseslab to anyone reading this review.

Such lovely staff!

Went above and beyond to get me prescription sunglasses quickly for my Holiday. (Our car had been broken into and my original pair stolen a week before we were due to leave!)

The service here is incredible. Frames are stylish and last super well… which has been tested thoroughly by my toddler.

Cannot recommend them enough.

The service was excellent. The Optician was very thorough. She noticed something odd with my eye and sent me with a letter straight to the hospital. After successful treatment, I then returned to be checked again and fitted with my new glasses. All the staff were extremely professional and there was such attention to detail. I felt that I was in safe hands.
