Little or no management
As a developer i have never experienced such a blatant disrespect. I and others have moved into properties which have been designed very well and look amazing. However, Glass House Management wok closely with Hamna Wakaf and the developer, Vata Builders Ltd. Over the past year, I have been reporting our snagging items with little or no communication. Lots of very poor workmanship. Lots of issues with doors, windows and sound issues. At least 80% of my snagging items are still outstanding. My tie is taken up writing to them, compiling evidence, agreeing visit dates, waiting in for visit dates, numerous cancellation and no work done. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a property if Vata Builders Ltd is the developer. Glass House Management are very poor communicators and take an arms length approach to dealing with matters. Not recommended in my books.
