I booked a 7 seater taxi for my extended family holiday 3 weeks ago. I was flying from Edinburgh Airport, so the hour long journey with a ton of luggage, elderly parents and young kids wasn't my idea of fun. The trek was made as stress free as it possibly could be with the help of Nick and GLA. Nick arrived five minutes early, child booster seats as promised too. He helped me with my luggage (don't know how it all fitted) and even entertained my kids with a few dad jokes. Great service from GLA. I'll be booking again when the need arises.

I was kept informed about my driver right up to the time of pick up, he was punctual, polite and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. I will definitey be using this company again the next time I need a transfer to or from the airport.

Family holiday
After a long journey it was great to know that our driver was waiting for us. He was very friendly and considerate in terms of knowing when not to chat too much (as we were really tired and starting to fall asleep in the warm people carrier). He helped with our luggage both in and out of the van which was much appreciated.

Driver failed to show
I had an early morning pick up and the driver never showed up despite several texts and calls. As a result it was an anxiety filled trip. GLA transfers were very apologetic and offered me 50% reduction for a future trip
