Awful company. Property was disgusting, with blocked pipes, they were told and left my son in it for months. The plumbers said it had been going on since the previous year! Finally moved him into another house share where bins were overflowing and laughing gas canisters were in the shared kitchen. When I went guarantor, I signed a six month lease, twice, and I was never told that I would not be able to cancel after the six months. The house they moved him to was miles away from the area that he wanted, but they said that was all they had. I wish I'd never got involved with this company , but I'm still stuck with them
