the delivery company very poor as they should have taken my old chair. but did not know how to strip it down to get it through the doors saying that they hadn't been trained, on their second attempt two days later they managed to get a small part of the old chair apart but had to leave the rest here because they couldn't get it through the door.
the chair was finally taken apart by ourselves and disposed of by us.

Fantastic scooter and very good value for money. Similar specification models can be 3x the price. I strongly recommend researching those with Li batteries, 18 mile range, 12 degree tipping angle, 4 way suspension, for me it was very hard to find reasons to buy any other model. And this has little extras, the basket has a carrying handle, the seat post has two height positions (I could not find in any other model), a connection for a crutch holder, a key guard to stop the key getting broken and a few other things. And best of all, a little black windscreen (no practical use but it does look good). All remains is the test of time, but looking over the workmanship there is no reason to think this won’t last. Downside, the rear horn could be quieter or adjustable, I work in a hospital and patients certainty want that going off when I am reversing.

the engineer who unpacked the machine could have spent more time explaining how it worked. He did not explain how it should be put into freewheel mode before driving

Very professional sales team, they were so helpful & answered all my questions. However unlike the recliner chair I bought from Glebe this scooter was just dumped on me, a 75 Yr old living alone & it took 3days to find someone to just lift it out of the packaging put it together & charge up, even then I could not get it to work so I'm not impressed with whatever service Glebe call that. There should be a duty of care when delivering such an item to an elderly person. At least open & take it out of the box I would've tipped
